We stayed at the great wolf lodge tonight and decided to go have dinner at angry crab. Normally our experience is great here but tonight we had an issue where they served my 3 year old raw chicken fingers(pictured).
I was a server throughout college, I get it. We sent it back. They made a new batch. Server did what they could.
My issue here was that I would expect a manager to speak to us. Apologize. And honestly at least comp the kids menu. None of that happened.
I would never ask for a free meal. I paid full price and tippers 15%. I just wanted to share our poor experience so that the next time this happened that the leadership take care of their customers who could have had their child made ill from poor quality control of food.

Chrissy was great as a server. She answered all questions before we could ask them, anticipated our needs, made great suggestions and kept checking in on a regular basis.
The food does come out as it is ready so nothing gets cold. Even so the soup and the fries were not exactly hot.
The seafood boil was great we did the family feast and a dinner for two for our party of six and there was plenty of food for all of us.
Everything was great – two areas to improve on would be:
The water tastes horrible. For those that do not drink alcohol or soda this was not great choice – I should have asked if bottled water was an option. Markers were provided for the wall but they were all dry…boo.
They try to make birthdays fun and be aware if there are a few in an evening it will be loud and it will be annoying but it is over in a hot second. Worth it to see people happy and celebrate with their loved ones.

We came for lunch and was favored enough to have Hannah as our waitress. It was our first time to the restaurant and new to the area. She was very helpful, and knew the menu. She was bright, funny, and energetic. She made the experience awesome. We look forward to returning soon. The lunch special and catfish basket was delicious.

This was our first time eating at Angry Crab Shack. We really enjoyed the queen crab! Our server, Ethan, was wonderful! He took extra time with us to teach us how to crack the crab legs correctly! Thanks Ethan! The food was great… a little messy and no plates.. but all part of the fun! We’ll be back for sure!

Food and service were both just okay… Hostess seemed to ignore people coming into the restaurant when it wasn’t very busy to begin with. I counted at least 7 parties walk in, stand around and leave. (On a Thursday night) Check was $$$ for a family of 4.

I can not believe this place we were there for about 45 minutes got a shrimp cocktail which was okay not the best and as our entrées were literally being set on the table by (Becky) which her personality changed completely. The manager then came up and told us to leave because we had our breaded dragon on my lap. He kicks us out as I’m literally eating an oyster how disrespectful. They wanted us to pay for the food if we boxed it up and I told them no, because we were literally getting kicked out for having a lizard on my lap. Also the bartenders were saying how cool and how pretty she is, not even saying hey you can’t bring the lizard in. This place was very rude and we got a lot of food that ended up probably in the trash so tell the cooks why there hard work just went into the trash and they won’t be getting paid from it. Definitely will not be coming back which is a shame because I was very excited to eat here.

We drove in snow and nasty thunderstorms from Flagstaff to Scottsdale so we were tired and stressed. Our server approached immediately and wrote her name on our table runner backwards, Chrissy. She was full of energy, and patient as we asked lots of questions as first timers. Our food came out quickly, and it did not disappoint. We had Jambalaya and the Grilled Shrimp Bowl. They were seasoned well, and my vegetables were crisp. We are visiting from Jersey and we hope your restaurant moves east.

This is a fun place. Yes they provide gloves, a bib, and garbage tin at the table so be prepared to make a mess. The food was definitely good but I had a slightly adverse reaction. If you like New Orleans style sea food this is a pleasure. Catfish was heavy on breading.

Only thing is that their clams are kinda large.
