This was our first experience at this restaurant. We made reservations and got seated on time. Our waitress (Jean) was amazing. She kept or glasses full, our food came out hot, and our interaction with her was wonderful. Now let’s talk food, everything we ordered was amazing. I mean top notch. We had mussels, bread with the best cherry honey butter, salad, baked potatoe, rice, scallops, shrimp, lobster tail, filet, ribeye, chocolate cake, and some yummy drinks. Yes, we had a variety of the menu options and our entire group was very impressed. We will definitely be back. We were there celebrating our friends 50th birthday. To say it was the perfect choice is an understatement. Just make the reservation. You won’t be disappointed.

Service was friendly, though it could be a bit slow when the restaurant is busy. Some of the sides were good but not especially memorable.

On a trip to Chicago from New Jersey, the Angry Bull steals the show! This was one of the better meals I’ve had in a long time. Top notch seafood chowder – creamy but not overwhelmingly so and fresh seafood, including lobster! I had the Porterhouse Pork Chop and it was delicious – fresh apples and Brussel sprouts as a side done just right! My brother got the two pound Prime Rib and it was as advertised — he is a hard marker, and it was as good as anything he’s had in some of Jersey’s fine steakhouses.
What made the meal over the top was the service of our waitress, Lori, who was exemplary in every way.

This was a spur of the moment choice my girlfriend picked out on the way home from our road trip. No reservations on a Friday night,and the place was packed. First come first serve seating at the bar. One lady behind the bar taking care of about 35 people food & drink orders plus waitstaff. She was bustling, but friendly. I’d the large cut prime rib with steak fries and a house salad. The meat tipped the scale at well over a pound,and was rare just how I like it. Melt in your mouth quality meat,crispy delicious steak fries perfect for dipping in the juices. This place isn’t cheap but the quality makes it worth it as a treat. Old school atmosphere, like this is were you would take an important business client for drinks,food and deals.

I will start with what is great here. They have excellent service and everyone is very friendly. The place is very clean with a cute small-town feel. The quility of the steak is very good, but I was not super satisfied with how it was prepared. We ordered pretty much every steak on the menu. All our steaks were not medium as ordered, they were all pretty much well, leaving them a bit dry. Don’t take this as we were not satisfied, its still a good steak, but I feel this quility of steak cold be cooked so much better, making it a 5 star steak instead of the 3 I’m giving. Price point is great for the quility of steak they are using.

We always have a wonderful experiencenat Angry Bull. Tonight was great. It was my first dinner out after my rotator cuff surgery so I’m in a big ole bulky brace. The waitress was so kind. She even accommodated me and boxed, bagged all my items for me so kindly. She was conversative and attentive to all of our needs. The staff was even kind while we waited. This place is seriously top notch. I’ve been coming since I was a kid but as a grown mother of 5 you appreciate the dining experience even more. So thank you Angry Bull and your wonderful staff for always providing a delicious dinner and a comfortable dining experience we appreciate you!

Friends were driving very far to get prime rib at this place so i had to try it. Love Angry Bull now! Casual place, kind of in middle of cornfields and apparently very popular as we had about a 40 min wait on Sat night. Pork chop was great, as were the fall off the bone ribs and the seafood pasta. The cherry butter was a nice touch with the fresh bread. Great service. Anytime we are anywhere out that way or coming home from Sandusky, we now have to stop!

Came for dinner while on vacation as we were told this was the place to go for steak in the area. The staff was friendly and our server Kaylee was good plus the place was very clean with a small-town vibe. The quality of the steaks seemed good but my husbands Delmonico steak was on the fatty side with a lot of waste. We were not super satisfied with the preparations of the steaks as they were lukewarm warm when served and on the dry side. We were expecting a crispy outside and juicy inside which was not the case, which is why I’m giving our experience a 3 star instead of a 4 or 5.
