Wonderful little spot in Oxford for lunch or dinner. The service was excellent and the owner/chef was stopping by the tables to chat with the customers and really seemed to care about us having a great meal. Lot of pride in the restaraunt and it was very clean. The variety of food choices was fantastic and even though we both went with the chicken shwarma wrap this time, there were many other options both Italian and American that I’d like to try. The wrap was packed with chicken and it was served fresh and hot. Even the simple vegetable side was cooked well. Lastly the homemade foccacia bread and dipping sauce brought to the table completely was really tasty! We will definitely be back as we traverse I-85 between VA and RDU area often. Thanks for a great lunch.

This was my first time in angora! I’m pleased to say the food was absolutely delicious, my burger was made exactly medium rare as requested and our server Priscilla was so sweet and made sure we were satisfied. The owner gave us a free sample of Baklava and it was so flavorful!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I highly recommend this location in Oxford. We had an absolutely wonderful time. Our waitress Erin., she was personable, knowledgeable, fun and made our experience over the top a great experience.
Erin would check back in with us during and also at the end of the to ensure that everything went well. A true touch of class for this restaurant.
The food was excellent, and we also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Ali. He came out to chat for a bit. Wonderful person.
Overall, at the end of our meal, I asked everyone at the table if they had a good time. Without hesitation and in unison they all said yes immediately, and they started laughing.
I take that as a measure of excellence. That is what we received at this restaurant.

This gem of an eatery is located in the downtown area of a small town across from the courthouse & several shopping experiences walking distance. Formerly named Milano this restaurant has old school charm. The new owners have adapted a minimalist decor with clean lines but the charm remains. My husband and I had an awesome dining in experience. The server- a young lady – we felt she excelled in customer hospitality- she was knowledgeable- courteous- kind – respectful- thoughtful- our food was delicious- mouth watering- freshly made- the menu offers several Italian dishes & more. I had the eggplant Parmesan entree with a side salad.
Absolutely more than a generous serving- a take home meal for the next day. The spaghetti was so delicious- hot savory- seasoned just right- the eggplant just melted in my mouth- the food was not overly salty but just right. The hubby had spaghetti also – his was equally delicious. Small pieces of warm bread with a dipping sauce served before the meal.This is not a fancy place- we felt comfortable & appreciated as a patron.We look forward to dining at this location many more times
