We are a small chain (3 total) of family owned Seafood Restaurants, notorious for serving some of the freshest and best tasting seafood around. We are proud to be the favorite among locals and love to meet new friends visiting for the first time. My Father opened our first location in Searsport in 2000. Since then we have been fortunate enough to add two more, the 2nd in 2006, at 542 Elm St, Newport and the 3rd in 2011, at 91 Coldbrook Rd, Hampden. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with top notch quality & service, while working hard to maintain family friendly pricing. We also offer an extensive list of home-made desserts, many of which are our Mother’s original recipes (SO YUMMY!) Your 100% satisfaction is our first priority!

Great service and excellent food! There are many items on the menu. It was difficult to choose. I had the salmon with beets and squash and it was all delicious. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive.

Our waitress, Tootsie, was very friendly and speedy. They were decently busy while we were there. The food was decent. My boyfriend had the fried oysters which he enjoyed. I had the pot roast with baked potato and fried mushrooms as a side. It was pretty good. The meat was tender, a couple pieces were very fatty, and the gravy was good. The breading on the mushrooms came off very easily but otherwise they tasted good. A decent stop while passing through.

Had the lobster rolls, very good served with light mayonnaise and on a warm buttered roll. NE Clam chowder was tasty but needs more clams for $10 cup. Has a small quality selection of draft craft beers too. Tons of seafood to choose from, fried, broiled or baked.

Yummy Maine kitschy seafood restaurant in Newport. Suggested by my parents, we gave it a try and were very happy that we did! Partner had fried clams/oysters while I settled on a delicious BLT. We had fried mushrooms to start which were ever so lightly coated and bursting with flavor!

Staff was pleasant. Place looked nice and clean. We heard great things from our co-workers/friends! We ordered our meals as takeout: 2 haddock dinners and an order of clams. All of the food was undercooked. The fries couldn’t even stand on their own, they just flopped over as I tried to eat them. We were very disappointed. We never finished our food and we both had stomach aches that night. I’m so sorry to write this review but it’s 100% true. They were kind of busy so maybe they timed the food improperly 🙁

I had the clam chowder, which was very delicious. I had a bowl for an appetizer. I also had the fried clams and chicken. Everything was excellent. The waitress was excellent. Got our food very quickly it was a little crowded, but there’s nothing wrong with that. This was the first time I had been here. Kudos to all the staff and the cooks. Thank you for the great experience and the cool pictures on the wall. Cool bear in the corner.

We arrived today from Colorado and were searching for lobster— this place was perfect and our server Angela was the best. We would have been lost without her guidance. She had to teach us what to order and how to eat it, but we’ve never had a better seafood meal. Also it would have cost twice as much anywhere else, so that was a nice surprise too. Highly recommend!

Very down to earth and welcoming restaurant. The food is simple and delicious. Our waitress Rosie was awesome and friendly. She was extremely sweet and made us feel at home. If I lived closer, I would be here all the time so I could try everything in the menu.

Found this place as a slight detour on the way up to Acadia. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful, the servings were big, and there was a special for 2 lobster rolls. All the food was delicious, especially the lobster rolls in butter (thanks to a tip from another review, we knew we had to ask for this as the usual is mayo-based).
