If you’re anywhere near the pier, run — don’t walk — to Anglers Beachside Grill. My son and I stopped in and had one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was fun and lively, and the service… top-tier.
A huge shoutout to Salvador and Jodi, who absolutely went above and beyond for us. They made us feel like family from the moment we sat down. We bonded instantly over football trash talk — I’m an Ohio State fan, while Salvador proudly represents that team up north (and yet, we still got along ). Their personalities, attention to detail, and genuine kindness were the highlight of our visit.
As for the food — wow. My son ordered a burger that he said was the best he’s ever had, served with french fries that were golden, crisp, and perfect. I ordered the chicken breasts with Cajun cream sauce, succotash, and hush puppies that deserve their own moment of appreciation. Easily the best hush puppies I have ever had in my life. Light, crispy, flavorful — I could have taken home a bucket.
The restaurant sits right on the pier, with a relaxed, beachy vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. Between the incredible service, amazing food, and unbeatable location, this place is an absolute win.
We’ll definitely be back — even if Salvador continues rooting for the wrong team

Delicious food for everyone! I don’t like seafood and they had other great options. The grilled chicken tacos and hushpuppies were right up my alley! YUM! Indoor and outdoor seating and family friendly friendly. Dani was our server AND OMG SHE WAS WONDERFUL AND PERFECT!! A wonderful asset to this business for sure! The prices were just a lil high but so was I! Seriously, what prices aren’t high anywhere anymore?! My nephew enjoyed a huge burger. Lastly, the shark out front has always been a hilarious photo op for our crew (me) hahaha!

Came on a Saturday late afternoon /early evening. Brought our granddaughter and her friend and they sat at a table behind us. We had a great time, food and service was excellent and there were several TV’s to watch the football games! They even have a souvenir/gift shop where the kids picked out a few things! Specialty drink menu had a large selection of cocktails! Highly recommend dining here!

JUST EAT THE RED FISH! From the time we walked in to the time we left we felt welcomed and appreciated. The service was great! We came around 6pm and they were slightly busy but getting busier.
Now for the best part! The food! Red fish with Creole topping (not pictured) and Red fish with the Anglers topping, Oh my goodness, some of the best I’ve ever had. And that is coming from someone who eats a lot of red fish.
The drinks were good too. We were too stuffed to try desert.
The pricing was very fair and about the same as every where else in the area. (But this food was better)

We had a fantastic time at Angler’s. The service and food were great! Our server (Lydia) was phenomenal. Our food (Cajun Pasta) was so good. And our drinks were perfect. We sat inside but the view outside is awesome for those that prefer that seating. We visited several restaurants while in the area and Angler’s was by far our favorite. We will definitely return.

Gulf views and amazing food. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Our waitress, Lydia, was awesome. I had the fried grouper, and it was delicious!!

The Caesar salad was nothing to rave about but fresh and tasty, the hush puppies were a small portion for the price, but delicious. The half pound snow crab legs with drawn butter were incredible. Melt in your mouth 100% worth the work

Stopped by for a quick drink while walking on the beach. Didn’t have my wallet but was able to pay via Google wallet. The bartender was very cool, the view was amazing, and the other customers were nice. I would stop by here for a beverage and maybe some food next time I’m in the area.
