Grand opening weekend. Had a wonderful time. Ate three nights there while staying at the resort. Great seating inside or outside. Band was great. Service and staff. Transportation back and forth from where staying on resort. Our hook and catch blackfin tuna was amazing.

Had a great time with my wife having a few drinks and relaxing. Very polite and friendly staff who took care of us during our visit. The drinks and food are awesome and the decor is very inviting. Facility was super clean and lots of room.

Stopped in again with the whole family for a later dinner and we were not letting down but it was kind of slow and the food came fast but some of it was cold, especially the fries which were good but kind if disappointed with that. Otherwise, no other complaints.

Nice job Angler and Ale.

I ate here three times for dinner throughout our week’s stay at Hawks Cay. Overall the food is a bit pricey, and inconsistent. The restaurant did however have friendly service, and allowed our dog indoors and outdoors which we appreciated. Casual vibe and family friendly if that is what you’re looking for.

To go a little deeper into our experiences:
The first time we ate here (on a Monday), I ordered the whole fried yellow tail snapper, while my husband ordered the Anglers basket (basically fish and chips). I thoroughly enjoyed my whole fish and while my husband noted the fried coating of his fish and chips lacked some seasoning, we were content with the meal overall.

The next day, Tuesday, I ordered a burger and my husband ordered the steak sandwich. Again, was a good evening, food was decent (not spectacular) but with the vibe, being with our pup, and the friendly service we left feeling good about our evening.

Not sure what happened in the span of several days, but we ate there again on a Saturday night and the food was not good. I again had the whole fried snapper and while the fish was good, the accompanying rice was undercooked and inedible. My husbands burger which was great just a couple nights before had no sort of sauce, not even a mayo, the lettuce had seen better days, and the fries were stale. A very dry burger not worth $23. Service was kind, but in no way made up for the bad food especially for the price.

The food was good. Blackened grouper was good, though 1 filet was undercooked and slimy inside. My husband’s tuna nachos were OK, he loved the tuna. The outdoor seating has an awesome view, looking East, so don’t go there for a sunset dinner.
Our server was wonderful. We are celebrating on our honeymoon and she was happy for us.

Tried the Grouper and Snapper blackened with tropical sauce, Yucca fries and seasonal veggies which was very delicious. Our server Stephanie provided great service. She was attentive, had a wonderful attitude and a joyfulness about her. They even went out of their way to acknowledge our anniversary in such a sweet way. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Overall, good food and arrived quickly. Conch fritters were decent portion…photo was taken after I ate two of them. Lobster roll delicious and well presented.

Enjoyed this place 3 times on our recent girls weekend at Hawks Cay. Great breakfast/brunch and tasty dinner. Sam at the bar is THE BEST! She made us feel so welcome, provided top notch service —even gave us great recommendations for things to do and see “off sight.” We’d go back just for her, but the food, drink, and idyllic waterside location are wonderful!

Service was lovely. Beautiful view on the deck. Great location. The food was overpriced, lacking in flavor as well as quality. Would not go back. But if you’re going for drinks with a group, would be fun!

Ate there twice, second time we brought out own fish and it was amazing, chef came out and greeted us. Ralph waited on us both times and was completely charming!

Awesome food! I really enjoyed the presentation of the whole yellowtail snapper! It was a sight to see! It was good too! Just be sure to remove any small bones left in there. Whatever seasoning they put on it is incredible. The place is pretty cool, we got a window view of the harbor and the sunset. The only downside of our dinner was the wait time. About 30 – 40 mins.
Other than that, it was a pretty great dinner! Our waiter was very nice!
