Overall experience was pretty good! We both got the Italian Beef sandwich and it was very tasty! Big portions, great flavor and fun atmosphere. I can see me and some friends hanging there for a while. The tap beer menu is a good size and tastes fresh. Couple things about the service. Our waitress didn’t know the answer to any of our questions. We had never been here before and had basic questions and also asked for recommendations and she couldn’t help. That caught us off guard. Also would help to not roll your eyes at us when we ask how much a cocktail is, that happened as well. The service was also pretty slow. Would I go back, yes.

Fried chicken gizzards done right!
Not many places you can get gizzards, and when you do, they’re usually so tough you can’t eat em. Not here! These gizzards are prepped and fried to perfection!
I highly recommend the Angle Inn’s fried gizzards. Get em, you’ll be glad you did.

I live out in the country,so there are not many places to dine out,I’ve driven past this place many times going into Cedar Rapids,it was lunch time,so I decided I’m going to stop here today,my wife and I are extremely happy we stopped,the service was great,the food was delicious,I had a French Dip,so good,I can’t remember what my wife had,I was enjoying mine too much,I can’t wait to go back. If you’re looking for a great meal,I highly recommend this place!
