Had Angilo’s last night for the first time ever, I’m a big lover of Indian food so when I saw they had a sign to try out their new Indian pizzas I couldn’t pass it up. We got the butter paneer (my favorite) and the chicken tikka masala pizza, they were incredible. Had so much flavor. We had been moving all day so this was the perfect way to end our day. Will definitely be ordering from them again. They got just earned a new regular customer.

So I first had angilos quite a while ago when it was the old owner. Long story short the food wasnt great, they got part of the wrong and the owner was pretty mean when I tried to be nice about it. I wrote them off for the bad experience forever.
Recently, I discovered it is under new management. One of my buddies had recommended trying the Tandoori Chicken Pizza so I went with that. I went with that and it was one of the BEAT PIZZAS I’ve had in s very long time. Very flavorful and different from a normal pizza, but it works and it works great!
Also, the two guys working when I went in the place a carryout was extremely nice. I got to chat with one of them for a bit while making my pizza. Super welcoming, down to earth, and friendly. What more could you ask for from the neighborhood hole in the wall pizza joint? Highly recommend and I csnf wait to try out more of their Indian Specialties!

I ordered the butter paneer pizza, gulab jamun, and mozzarella sticks (in case I didn’t like the pizza.) I don’t normally love fusion food but the butter paneer pizza was wonderful—super fresh ingredients and the dough was cooked perfectly. I got free delivery because I live nearby but I would have happily paid for delivery. Mozzarella sticks and gulab jamun were great also; can’t wait to come back and try more!

Iconic neighborhood pizza joint is open again with new owners putting a unique twist on the menu. Same Cincy favorites along with a lot of new flavors. Had Pakora Chicken, Meatball Spaghetti. The Garlic Cheese Bread was the size of a medium pizza. Everything was great and a prices are good. This can be a great “go-to” place for Chicken Tenders and Wings instead of the big chains. Encourage people to support this local shop in the Salem Business District.

Angilo’s is back, but with a unique Indian flair. I work right next to this place and have tried almost everything on the menu. All of the new additions to the original Angilo’s food is extremely good! Indian flavored inspired pizzas, wings, etc. are all amazing! If you’d like to try something unique or just love Indian food, this might be your new go to place.
Oh yeah, and don’t forget to try the Mango Lassi, it’s a unique mango “yogurty” flavored drink. It’s great and likely different than anything you’ve ever tried. It’s a great way to cool your mouth down if you chose to get things extra spicy.
I will definitely be back.

By far the best pizza we’ve ever had! Still the same menu items from Angilo’s that I grew up with along with unique Indian fusion options. We had a large cheese pizza along with their chicken tikka pizza. This is going to be my family’s new favorite. The gentlemen who took care of us are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I’d give them more stars if I could.

Please do not sleep on the new Angilos and their menu!! We had unexpected plans and ordered (on Christmas Eve) 2 Indian style pizzas (saag and chicken tikka) plus the cheese garlic bread and OMG…. We love Indian food and this new pizza style was absolutely delicious! We were in love with the first bite and the cheese garlic bread (pizza style) was so much better than expected! The sauce for the garlic bread was a delicious, thick, red sauce! The Indian style pizzas came with ranch but were not needed, the flavors were incredible! Can’t wait for more! Super excited to have this offering and hope it’s here for a long time!!
