Reviews
If you’re looking for truly fresh, high-quality food without the fancy overhead, Angie Prime Grill is an absolute win. I first discovered their Paradise Valley location on North 32nd Street — tucked between a couple of business warehouses — and I’ll admit, I was completely surprised. From the outside, you might not expect much, but once you step in, it’s clear this spot is all about fresh ingredients, clean flavors, and efficiency.
When you arrive, the process is unique — everything is ordered through the self-service kiosks, so there are no traditional cashiers. It’s a very streamlined system that keeps things quick and contactless. Behind the scenes, I noticed one lady expertly prepping salads and another gentleman ensuring the kitchen stayed spotless and service flowed smoothly. There’s definitely no-frills here — just honest, fresh food made right in front of you.
The food itself? Outstanding. Every item is made-to-order with premium and organic ingredients, house-made dressings, and a selection that rivals any sit-down restaurant. Angie Prime Grill has mastered the balance between fast-food convenience and gourmet-level meals. The flavors are clean and satisfying, and you can tell they put real care into what they serve.
There’s no dine-in area, which might be a surprise if you’re expecting tables and chairs — it’s truly a grab-and-go concept, but that’s part of why the prices stay so reasonable. You get speedy service, healthy food, and incredible freshness without paying for the unnecessary extras.
I also eat at their Glendale location when I’m grabbing lunch during work hours, and the experience is consistently excellent. Whether you’re picking up a salad, a wrap, or a protein-packed bowl, it’s always fresh, healthy, and fulfilling.
Angie Prime Grill is the perfect stop for anyone who wants wholesome, upscale food with zero fuss. Highly recommended — I’ve never been disappointed!
Cold one was just awful. Inedible. Couldn’t understand what all the crunch was in the sandwich, is that shell?? Anyway had to toss it.
The hot one was decent! But the cold left enough of a bad taste in my mouth I couldn’t enjoyed the hot one. This was months ago. Haven’t been back since and don’t crave them anymore. Service was good.
Now, not only is the meal no longer offered, but they’ve also completely removed French fries from the menu altogether. What was once a great value is now just a single lobster roll in a Styrofoam hot dog container — and for $13.02. No drink, no sides, no value.
This isn’t just about price increases — it’s about a business that publicly built its brand on a mission and then shifted the goalposts without any acknowledgment. It feels like they’ve abandoned the very foundation that made people support them in the first place.
Good bye Angie.
The bowl wasn’t even half full..
A Year of Disappointment Culminating in Absolute Theft
For over a year, my family has been loyal customers of Angie’s Prime Grill, consistently ordering 5-7 bowls 1 night a week, spending upwards of $100-$120 per visit. Despite the initial convenience, the quality and accuracy of our orders have steadily declined, reaching an unacceptable low today.
Our frequent experiences include:
* Missing Items: Consistently having to meticulously check orders for missing ingredients or proteins.
* False Promises of Extras: Repeatedly paying extra for avocado and chicken, only to receive negligible or nonexistent additions.
* The Final Straw: Today’s steak bowl was an absolute insult. We paid extra for steak and received a mere five minuscule slices.
This level of stinginess is beyond comprehension.
Compounding the problem is the lack of customer service.
Due to our distance from the restaurant and the time constraints of our children’s sports schedules, returning for corrections is not feasible. Furthermore, Angie’s Prime Grill lacks a phone number for complaints or order adjustments, leaving us feeling completely unheard and disregarded.
To consistently spend $100-$120 weekly and receive such abysmal service and blatant disregard for our orders is infuriating. Today’s experience, with the shockingly inadequate steak portion, has crossed the line. It feels like outright theft. We will no longer be patronizing Angie’s Prime Grill, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before wasting their hard-earned money on such consistently disappointing and dishonest service.
