If you’re looking for truly fresh, high-quality food without the fancy overhead, Angie Prime Grill is an absolute win. I first discovered their Paradise Valley location on North 32nd Street — tucked between a couple of business warehouses — and I’ll admit, I was completely surprised. From the outside, you might not expect much, but once you step in, it’s clear this spot is all about fresh ingredients, clean flavors, and efficiency.
When you arrive, the process is unique — everything is ordered through the self-service kiosks, so there are no traditional cashiers. It’s a very streamlined system that keeps things quick and contactless. Behind the scenes, I noticed one lady expertly prepping salads and another gentleman ensuring the kitchen stayed spotless and service flowed smoothly. There’s definitely no-frills here — just honest, fresh food made right in front of you.

The food itself? Outstanding. Every item is made-to-order with premium and organic ingredients, house-made dressings, and a selection that rivals any sit-down restaurant. Angie Prime Grill has mastered the balance between fast-food convenience and gourmet-level meals. The flavors are clean and satisfying, and you can tell they put real care into what they serve.

There’s no dine-in area, which might be a surprise if you’re expecting tables and chairs — it’s truly a grab-and-go concept, but that’s part of why the prices stay so reasonable. You get speedy service, healthy food, and incredible freshness without paying for the unnecessary extras.

I also eat at their Glendale location when I’m grabbing lunch during work hours, and the experience is consistently excellent. Whether you’re picking up a salad, a wrap, or a protein-packed bowl, it’s always fresh, healthy, and fulfilling.

Angie Prime Grill is the perfect stop for anyone who wants wholesome, upscale food with zero fuss. Highly recommended — I’ve never been disappointed!

Really wanted to love this place as I am a fan of affordable lobster rolls (who isn’t?), so bought a cold and a hot on my first ever visit here.
Cold one was just awful. Inedible. Couldn’t understand what all the crunch was in the sandwich, is that shell?? Anyway had to toss it.
The hot one was decent! But the cold left enough of a bad taste in my mouth I couldn’t enjoyed the hot one. This was months ago. Haven’t been back since and don’t crave them anymore. Service was good.

Crab is good, kinda hard to mess up. The female worker tonight for whatever reason was extremely rude when I asked politely to get my steak recooked as it was clearly raw. Instead of just finding a remedy she instead went on about how it’s “medium rare” and how the steak couldn’t possibly be undercooked. She didn’t even look at it. I like my steak rare but this meat was still mooing.

We tried the Chicken Spicy ranch salad, the Steak Cobb salad, and shared a Lobster Roll. The salads were very yummy they come with ample amount of dressing. The lobster roll was a bit chewy and the bread was tough. We waited over 28min in a drive through for our food when only 2 cars were in front of us so that was a bummer and why the service is rated low. Besides that I would probably give them another chance sometime.

Delicious, fresh, affordable and run my people who have a vision and reason behind all that they do. Angie’s deserves all the success they receive! If you see any complaints about price it for the lobster/sea food side of the menu. Its fresh and delicious so you get what you pay for there. So if youre trying to save money order any of the other 30 things on their menu from the grill side and you’ll be pleased! Lol

I’ve never left a negative review and I’ve been coming here forever but today’s service was horrible I set an order for a specific time and it took 20 min past that time to get it. They were not busy at that time there was one customer in the drive through when I arrived. It took forever for them to even come to the window and when they did they were rude. I wish I would’ve liked at the order before I left. My salad was not even full and it was not cold like the lettuce had been sitting one the counter all day. Hard avocado not ready to eat. Raw bacon and a chicken bone. I love Angies but today’s staff failed it was not it.

Angie’s Lobster started with a bold promise: affordable, high-quality lobster rolls for the everyday customer — a full meal (lobster roll, fries, and a drink) for just $9.95. It was a refreshing concept that gained tons of attention and community support, especially with their story featured across local news outlets. But unfortunately, that promise seems to have been quietly tossed aside.

Now, not only is the meal no longer offered, but they’ve also completely removed French fries from the menu altogether. What was once a great value is now just a single lobster roll in a Styrofoam hot dog container — and for $13.02. No drink, no sides, no value.

This isn’t just about price increases — it’s about a business that publicly built its brand on a mission and then shifted the goalposts without any acknowledgment. It feels like they’ve abandoned the very foundation that made people support them in the first place.

Good bye Angie.

Update:: I still love Angie’s but definitely not this location- 43rd avenue and Thunderbird is an absolute no-go for me. This location is poor quality. I just got a breakfast burrito there for the first time. Since leaving the poor review below. I thought I’d try them again and it is absolute trash. The potatoes weren’t even cooked. They were actually raw potatoes. Not to mention everything was piled on one side. Nothing was labeled in the ingredients. Were not good.

The bowl wasn’t even half full..
A Year of Disappointment Culminating in Absolute Theft

For over a year, my family has been loyal customers of Angie’s Prime Grill, consistently ordering 5-7 bowls 1 night a week, spending upwards of $100-$120 per visit. Despite the initial convenience, the quality and accuracy of our orders have steadily declined, reaching an unacceptable low today.

Our frequent experiences include:
* Missing Items: Consistently having to meticulously check orders for missing ingredients or proteins.
* False Promises of Extras: Repeatedly paying extra for avocado and chicken, only to receive negligible or nonexistent additions.

* The Final Straw: Today’s steak bowl was an absolute insult. We paid extra for steak and received a mere five minuscule slices.

This level of stinginess is beyond comprehension.
Compounding the problem is the lack of customer service.
Due to our distance from the restaurant and the time constraints of our children’s sports schedules, returning for corrections is not feasible. Furthermore, Angie’s Prime Grill lacks a phone number for complaints or order adjustments, leaving us feeling completely unheard and disregarded.
To consistently spend $100-$120 weekly and receive such abysmal service and blatant disregard for our orders is infuriating. Today’s experience, with the shockingly inadequate steak portion, has crossed the line. It feels like outright theft. We will no longer be patronizing Angie’s Prime Grill, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before wasting their hard-earned money on such consistently disappointing and dishonest service.

Quite frankly if I could give 0 stars I would. First of all the rolls are small, the lobster was nasty! It tasted like it was old, additionally it had a lot of shell parts I had to spit out mid bite. No napkins were given, no lemon. Like if you’re going to open a lobster place where your main focus is LOBSTER then maybe make it good. Additionally the drinks are gross, if I wanted sparkling water only I would’ve gotten that… don’t waste your time or money here. Seriously.

Think this place is starting to go downhill sadly. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect fresh lobster in AZ obviously lol. But when this place first opened up, I never remembered there being a fishy taste. Fast forward a couple years, and today my roll was SUPER fishy. The inside of the roll was stained pink like it had been sitting on the shelf for hours. Hoping this was a one off
