Love Angie’s, totally unique. Best when eaten at the place, but takeout is still great. This review was 6 years old and I am updating based on a new owner and beautiful remodel job of the place. The crust is a bit thinner than it used to be but it still tastes like the same classic Angie’s to me! I love the new menu, pizza only, two types: classic and Italian style with a good selection of toppings. Nice new tap system great atmosphere and excellent service. I have been going here for 45 years and hope to for 45 more!

It’s a northeastern Pennsylvania style pizza. It is damn good!!! it’s in my top three of this area! And I never leave this area so basically it’s one of my three ever LOL definitely a must-try you won’t know until you try it. there’s no way to explain it

Hometown Small town restaurant and Pizza. Authentic round cheese pizza ( not New York style) it has its own taste, some call it mid valley style. Angie’s has been around 40+ years I remember going there as a child, last year they gave it a nice remodel. Now it’s a great place to have a few draft beer catch a game on Sunday or whatever your pleasure. The family that runs it are top notch, friendly and the place is spotless.

Just went to pick up my pizza, on my break. Show up, told they didn’t have my food, they told me I didn’t call. Embarrassed, i just left knowing full well I didn’t just imagine placing an order. Lesson learned. Ordered for the last 20 years from there, no issues ever. First time I can’t even get my order. First and last time at angie’s with new owners.

Fantastic pizza, greatest owners. We moved 30 years ago but always look forward to our trips back so we can get our Angie’s fix. Usually take a few par baked trays back with us.

Sorry if you prefer a square pizza bkz they only have round. The dough. Not fresh. Prebaked shell. My particular pizza looked uncooked. The bottom was still dough colored. There were no browned bottom slices. Swimming in goopy cheese. Where’s the sauce? Too cheesy to eat ….to the point of salty….even if you do love cheese. Who eats this stuff? How are they still in business? I do honest reviews. I am unbiased. I tell it as I see it. I am not out to trash this Dickson City historic pizza joint but something has to be an attraction to have kept them around so long. It wasn’t my pizza.

A little different from the old days but very good…crust is a little more brittle but still that classic Angie’s taste. And the new bar/dining area was a major improvement
