Been going here for years, and loved the food. This past time I was there, I started getting stomach cramps a couple hours after eating and eventually ended up being violent Ill the entire night and next day. After reading reviews that mention the staff not washing hands and using dirty gloves I’m honestly not very surprised- but super upsetting none the less. Definitely not coming back

This place is my preferred lunch spot. It reminds me of an old-fashioned diner. It is a rare, genuine find. They are definitely preferred over fast food restaurants.
The taste and accompanying sides blew me away when I recently tried their chicken quesadillas. It is delicious, and I keep coming back for more.
For a workplace gathering this past December, I decided Angie’s would be my choice to bring for the meeting, so I ordered for 10. It was all well packaged, and they even set it all up in my stainless steel chafing pans. Big Hit!

protect places like this at all costs. Where else can i get three cheeseburgers and a milkshake for $15. Damn good food too. My rec is to make sure u ask for the onions off if you dont like onions, ive forgotten a few times but thats on me. I love the vibe in here it’s just so special too.

Decent place. Mixed on some of the food. The Strawberry milkshake was damn good!!! The double cheese slider was good but I didn’t like the mustard sauce they use. I should have left it off. The onion rings were not good. Skip them and go with fries which looked much better.
Service was fast and quick which was always nice. I was there at 12:30 and it was towards the end of their lunch time.

I will never go to bates (historical livonia slider spot) again. These sliders are 10× as good, and the authentic mexican tacos were the best I’ve had outside of southwest detroit! They season everything so perfectly, flavor is important. Anyone can cook a meat and serve it, these guys knew how to make it undeniably great!

This is a cute roadside diner that serves some excellent slider type burgers and street tacos. The atmosphere is fantastic and the service was spot-on and attentive. Great prices. Delicious cheese burgers and chili.

When ever I’m in their area, I normally get a double cheeseburger. Ordered it today, and when I got home, it was a single burger, and so small it was ridiculous. If was like having a bread sandwich. I took top bun off. The burger was over cooked and dry, and the size of a White Castle burger! Normally the double is good. I called back to complain. They did offer me a remake the next time I’m in the area. I will say, they are not as good as they were a couple years ago, and not as big. I’ve been telling others to try them out, but I’m not sure now. I’ll wait and see what the remake is like.

Young woman working was not in compliance with food safety. She had red hair down to her waist that wasn’t restrained and it was very close to food on the grill. She was in her phone with gloved hands then touched food products with those same hands. I won’t be going back I was so grossed out.

I tried this place based on the high rating and the number of people that rated them. The onion rings looked nothing like the picture on the menu and tasted horrible. Not sure what kind of beef they use for their burgers but that ain’t it. The fries were cool and my kids enjoyed the shakes. The staff was friendly so that’s a plus. If you been hunter house don’t get your hopes up cause they’re nowhere near as good.
