I would avoid this angies primer grill at all cost. From under cooking their chicken, to very high inconsistencies in their bowls. I was given half a bowl with about half cup of rice after having to wait for my order. And it’s just gotten worse, today ordered a high protein bowl and I was given only half portion again and not mention the attitude over the inner come in the drive thru. All other locations area great. Except the one by cave creek, they often forget items on their orders!. This is by far my favorite place to eat when im out because you can never go wrong with anything on the menu, from their delicious salads with high quality ingredients to their newest additions like their wrap & their amazing rib sandwich. But this location in chandler really does it no justice. The undercooked chicken came from someone else who will not order the chicken there anymore. Its a great concept but avoid this location at all cost as it will leave a bad taste in your mouth and this is just not fair for the owners who provide excellent quality food at such amazing and affordable prices!

Tonight was interesting but it’s not surprising to me. These kids don’t care about there jobs and careless about your order. It’s the worst place to come to. just go to salad and go trust me save the hassle and time. You will be so disappointed and aggravated if you come here. Food not that great for the wait and the hassle. I know it’s cheap but trust me salad and go is as cheap but better at everything service and taste and wait time.

For $20 I got luke warm lobster. When I took a bite water dripped out instead of butter… Yes, I put the packet of “butter” on it.
At least it wasn’t a chef interpretation of what a lobster roll should be. (A real lobster roll should be warm buttery lobster on a toasted roll FYI)
The fries were the best part.

The food is incredible. Made fresh and delicious.
If you need your food quickly, go through the drive through. They prioritize Drive Through orders over all other orders.
The staff is always really kind and quick.
If ordering mods, I find I often have to remind them of the mods.

Altogether, not a bad experience for the price. It’s a self-serve place, and you get your food from a counter as it’s made. The fish sandwich was pretty good, especially for the six dollars I paid. You can definitely tell it was fried fresh, which is great! The lobster was alright, but you get what you pay for with a 12 dollar roll. I do like the variety of sauces/butters you can choose. And finally the fries were just fine; I’ve had better but also worse.

Ate here a lot very consistently but recently have been given absolutely disgusting quality of food. Visibly decaying lettuce. Not even a chicken nugget size of “chicken tender” that is basically just gristle. This is unsanitary and not acceptable to serve to people.

Lobster was chewy, my mom didn’t even eat it all and for it to be $13 is crazy if it tastes like imitation and their fries was stale. Also peach passion fruit taste like just regular sparkling water, absolutely no flavor.

Angies lobster rolls are a WINNER! Bargain price for a seafood meal. Clean dining area. Courteous service. I wish that the kiosk machines worked a bit better. My credit card would not go through on the machine, and so I had to go to the pick up counter to place my order with an employee, who was very accommodating. I also noticed that multiple other customers after me were having difficulty with the machines. If it weren’t for that, ordering would have been efficient and turnkey. This is the second location I have gone to and I definitely recommend! The food is really good for a bargain price.

Have been going here a few times since opening when I get that craving for a Lobster roll. The lobster rolls aren’t bad, but today I said you know what I’m going to treat myself to some extra meat for $3.99 … point blank don’t waste your money the roll came out exactly how it looks when I normally get it. When I went to the counter the kid two girls were just standing there looking at me no acknowledgement what so ever. The this kis pokes around can I help you he says. I said hi yes quick question I ordered extra meat this looks like it always does. He simply replied ” well it’s 5 ounces and there is a scale right there. ” I simply replied coo” l and walked away as I am not comfratiional. But wow hope the dude has a better day because there is absolutely no customer experience skills. And Again not worth the 3.99 upgrade. I will simply take my patronage elsewhere. Look at the photo if there was extra you sure should not be able to see the white of the bread in my eyes for nearly a $4 upsell.
