Very disappointed with my order and interaction with requesting replacements for 2 of the 3 pizzas I ordered today. I ordered a large pepperoni with extra cheese (this one was perfect and came the way my orders almost always do). Unfortunately, my large pepperoni and sausage and xtra small blt pizzas came pretty bad. The pepperoni and sausage has little to no sauce on it to the point my grandfather doesn’t want it because its too dry, and the xtra small blt is so hard we cant even bite into it due to over cooking. I shouldn’t be able to hit a wooden counter top with a slice and sound like someone’s knocking on a door. When we called to have it fixed and explained. We where asked how much was eaten (reasonable request to prove we’re not looking for free shit thats fine) we told them we took a literal since bite of one piece of each of the 2 bad pizzas (see attached pictures) then asked us to bring them back then they might replace them. We asked if they could pick them up with the delivery of the replacements considering we already came and picked the order up. Plus why should we have to bring them back instead of giving them back with delivery of replacements to then wait 30 minutes in the shop to get the new ones? I dont think thats too much to ask. We were asked to wait on hold. After quite some time they picked back up and we had to remind them we’ve been waiting on hold (he thought we were a new customer ordering we waited so long) then said I cant do anything about this and put us back on hold in the middle of us talking to them. For 2/3s of a 58 dollar order from our favorite pizza spot being this bad and treated this way to ask for it to be fixed. Maybe its time to find a new favorite.

This is a pizza place near our neighborhood. I’d seen it in passing but never stopped to investigate.
I ordered from here not realizing that they don’t deliver.
I placed the order and once I realized the error I chalked it because it was relatively close to the house.
(I am recovering from an injury and haven’t been able to drive.)
Proximity and hunger won this battle.
After waiting the 30 minutes we were quoted we parked out in front of the store. I sent my teenage daughter in to grab the order since I have to use crutches.
I have personally never ordered from here and was not familiar with how they serve food.
Customer service was shoddy at best, as instead of advising that the Stromboli we ordered came with marinara we were charged .50 cent for a side of marinara when we asked about it. I also ordered 2 super Italian subs.
Even though having to pick up my order and being charged additional fees for something I thought should automatically come with the dish had put a bee in my bonnet, I was hoping to be surprised by some amazing food.
Upon opening the pizza box with the Stromboli in it, we figured out that there was a rather large tub of marinara already in the box.
Unfortunately the food was mediocre at best the bitterness of the sauce over powered the Stromboli and the subs were soggy.
I try and support local business when I can, but
I can’t say that my family and I will be ordering from here in the future.

Today, I went out to buy pizza to treat my fellow workers that included military and civilians. On my way to where I was planning to buy it, I noticed the sign of Ange’s Pizza. After a few blocks, I decided to turn around and try their pizza. I bought two extra large pizzas at a reasonable price. Every one were very pleased with the taste and the quality of them and asking me where did I get them. Customer service was outstanding, and I will definitely going back in the very near future to get of their delicious pizza.

I love Ange’s! It’s been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. I love the semi sweet sauce, and the crust which is kinda soft but still has structure with a crispy crust is good as well. I was lucky enough to be working next to this location, so I grabbed lunch, and it was ready quickly and efficiently. The staff was extremely nice and made my pickup quick and friendly. I would definitely come back to this location again sometimes.

My father and I order at least 2x weekly, have not had many complaints over 35+ years. Well I have never dealt with whatever policy they have now! Ordered light bake specifically due to trouble bitting down, received 80% over baked. Husband is not feeling well and hungry, so i served him. I took photos and politely called and explained. Stated they will remake (at least another 30min with delivery btw) Claimed to need whole not partial Stromboli back in order to correct!
I’m sure policy is due to customer taking advantage…. I have pictures and I know for fact it gets thrown away, they DO NOT under any circumstance weigh, document, or even re-serve Get outta here!!! Unless issue is made right and resolved my children and husband just might order again, but as for me, myself, and I NOPE! 1st picture without flash….

I am a truck driver. I like to try any local place I can rather than the same old chain stuff. Support local or you’ll only have yourself to blame when it’s not there anymore. Plus, how many vacation homes do CEOs need? Ordered for delivery to my truck (10-10 23). They were friendly on the phone. My pizza arrived right when they said it would. The guy who delivered my pizza was friendly and courteous. He found my truck without having to call for further instructions (that isn’t as common as you might think it would be). I have had a lot of different pizza in a lot of different cities, mostly delivered to my truck while parked in places where I didn’t have many if any, options for hot food. This pizza wasn’t just good, it was GREAT! I got an XL Mega Meat but added black olives, mushrooms, extra cheese, and jalapenos. It’s huge! Packed with toppings, too, but that’ll be good for me. Most places I get a large pizza, usually about 14 inches, and I’ll eat half the pizza. I don’t think I finished a quarter of this one. Now I’ll be able to enjoy this FABULOUS PIZZA as leftovers for a couple days. Thank you, Ange’s Pizza for the great food and great service. Love it! And I really hope I will get a chance to order from y’all again! Now, for one more piece!
