My husband and I have been such picky eaters between the quality of food, where it’s sourced, and the manner it’s being cooked- we finally decided to give Angelo’s a try. Wow, we had such a wonderful dining experience between being greeted by the chef himself and him interacting with our toddler. The staff was amazing and so friendly. We didn’t know there was a need for reservations but they were able to get us a table right away. The gal that served us was so warm and friendly. We haven’t had such a wonderful waitress in so long that’s attentive and actually takes time to talk to guests. Food was so good. Portions were perfect in our minds because it’s such good quality food you don’t need to over indulge yourself in quantity. It’s true quality. We also loved the decor and inside. We had the special seafood crepe and some other amazing pasta seafood dish. Also desserts are amazing especially the chocolate flourless cake! We will definitely be back and make it our date night spot. It’s one of our top favorite restaurants in town now. Highly recommend and we will be bringing out of town guests for sure! Thanks again for such a wonderful dinner and dining experience.

Angelo catered our happy hour for our wedding; his catering staff traveled out to Wallace, ID with the dishes that we ordered. Arranging for EXACTLY what we wanted on a menu full of incredible options was made to be so easy from the beginning! I didn’t spend one minute stressing, and the food and servers were absolutely amazing (our guests raved about every single option!). I would highly recommend ordering from Angelo’s for your event. The quality of the food was nothing short of impressive and he took amazing care of us. We can’t wait to visit his restaurant for a date night soon. Thank you, Angelo and crew! 5+++ stars!!

First time here. Food and service was superb. Great atmosphere for a romantic dinner out. Crab cakes were excellent. The bread you get before dinner is tastey! Need a reservation. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Tutto è stato fantastico. Try the steamed clams and grilled eggplant. A taste of Italy in Idaho. They offer gluten free pasta. If you want gluten free bread, call them 3-5 days ahead of time and request it.

Step back into old Italy to enjoy una delizioso pasto! The menu is will satisfy any preference and the service is exceptional. We had a party of four and were all raving over our pastas. The ambience is romantic, cozy, and quieter, creating an intimate setting for two or with friends. Great wine selection too. Reservations are suggested as the table fill up quickly.

Our waitress, I believe her name was zhivonna, was really the only bad thing about the place. Wife and I came in from out of town, and we wanted to eat somewhere a little bit different from the cda restaurant scene where every place is almost exactly the same. We knew almost nothing about Angelo’s, didn’t realize it was kind of fancy and we would have happily left if told to, but they found room to squeeze in a walk in two top and I thought that was great. Perfect old school Italian decor. We split the calamari and wife had the buccatini de mare, I had the rack of lamb. Not since I lived in Florida have I had calamari that wasn’t overcooked and rubbery, but the calamari here was just perfect. Wife felt the prawns in her pasta were a little overcooked, but we both really loved the sauce. I ordered the lamb medium rare and it was just a bit more on the rare side than I’d like, not too much though, and the red wine demi was a beautiful touch. I would get rid of the potato cake it came with, extremely dry and just tasted awful but my wife loved it so I’ll chalk it up to it just not being to my tastes.

I can’t say enough positive things about Angelo and his team. I was planning an event in Coeur d’Alene while living in Denver, and he was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. When the day finally came, he provided additional table clothes for us, and the food was simply amazing. The lobster ravioli, in particular, was a huge hit!!
