My wife and I had a pepperoni pizza. It was bet good except it could have been baked a little longer. The service was very good. Diana was sweet and attentive. The restaurant is small and clearly caters to the resort population. It is very informal. The snack shop that’s attached adds to is charm. We enjoyed eating there very much.

We enjoyed this place so much we actually returned. The first time my wife had the chicken vegetable soup and a grilled cheese sandwich, and I had an Italian sub. Both of our meals were very good. So we returned the next day for a pizza, and it was also very good. This is our restaurant of choice for our location.
Both days the service was excellent. We couldn’t have been happier.

We celebrated our 3rd anniversary at Angelo’s, and from the first bite to the last sip, it was pure magic. The evening kicked off with the Oysters Oliff—fresh, briny, and beautifully plated. Then came the showstopper: a perfectly cooked 16oz NY Strip, medium and magnificent, crowned with blackened scallops and grilled shrimp. The scallops? Melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The shrimp? Smoky and tender. The steak? A carnivore’s dream.
Sides were no afterthought—sweet corn on the cob, a fluffy baked potato, crisp salad, and warm bread rounded out the meal with comforting flair. And the price? Surprisingly gentle on the wallet for such a feast.
Service was just as memorable. Marissa, our server, was attentive, warm, and made us feel truly celebrated. Her timing and care added a personal sparkle to the night.
Honestly, no rating feels high enough to capture the flavor, service, and joy we experienced. Angelo’s didn’t just serve dinner—they served a memory.
Thank you, from the Harvey’s…

The service was great, the food was really good. Our entire family enjoyed it. That included kids 16, 13, 8, and 5! They accidentally cooked one of our pizzas a little too long and made up for it by bringing us an entire another pizza already boxed up. We will certainly come back if we’re ever in the area!

Maybe we went on a bad day. We are very accepting and forgiving about the places we go. We understand that many places have a hard time getting help. However, we decided this probably won’t be a place WE will return to eat, but it did seem to have a few ” regulars” there. To start, there were 4 adults, and none of us could drink their tap water. Even the sugar-free flavor pack couldn’t disguise the taste, and I added two packets. It was noisy. The waitresses were nice, but not wonderful. Two of our buns were moldy, and by the time we got that fixed, the other two adults were about finished with their meals. The fish sandwiches were tasty, as was the cheese steak. The prices were reasonable. Hopefully, if you choose to go here, your experience will be much different.

Awesome friendly waitstaff! Great selection on the menu! Something for everyone from Italian to fresh seafood! Generous portions and quality food! Family owned and operated! Best pizza and crab cakes in Virginia! We have been driving one hour from our home each weekend for over three years!

My spaghetti had only meat on it no sauce at all! I was really disappointed. My chicken tenders and pizza were amazing though I recommend this restaurant just don’t get the spaghetti

Our server Erin was wonderful!!! The food was delicious and HUGE proportions . The best hamburger steak and mushrooms with gravy I ever had. I consider myself a foodie and can be quite picky. I never give reviews but Angelos deserves it!! I live in Maryland and the quality and portions have drastically changed for the worse so we don’t go out as much. The locals are lucky to have this restaurant!! I will be back. Thank you all!!!

Unique atmosphere, great service, good food. I posted the video of the interesting things on the wall. The only issue with the food is the pizza having too many toppings to the point where it was falling off before enjoying in.

Make it make sense. It’s so good. Like so good I thought about it regularly for three years and told my husband all about it. Today we were close so we went. All I wanted was the steak and scallops. That part of the menu didn’t open till 5 but they served us anyway (with a few limited dinner only side restrictions) but it didn’t matter. Because one bite of that scallop and I almost died right there at that table.
It’s wild to me. Oysters, pizza, Italian, steak, cheese steak, shrimp, soups and sandwiches, basically just whatever the heck you feel like, it’s here.
But that steak.
Those scallops.
I’ve never had better.
