We arrived here around 7pm on Friday. No wait for a party of 5. Felt like a nice family owned Italian place and were greeted when we walked in.

Food was really good and it all came out very hot and fresh. We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 pastas and a sandwich. Good price and portion sizes. We liked that all of the pastas and sandwiches came with a salad and garlic bread.

The pizza had a very crunchy crust. Really enjoyed the pest on the Eva pizza. We have a couple people in our family who loved canned mushrooms so they were happy the option was canned or fresh and ordered the Angelo pizza with canned mushrooms. Also a nice and creamy Italian salad dressing. One thing was we wish the upgrade to the Greek salad wasn’t so high or we would have loved to try that.

The service was nice and brought a pitcher of water to our table and seemed to know a lot of people that must have been regulars at the restaurant. We also felt that she had a genuine interest in us when we first sat down.

I agree with another review that the decor isn’t much but that didn’t bug us. Nice they have a tv in one corner and it was playing the Mariners game (if you were looking for a place to catch the game on tv)

Would go back! Next time I would get pasta instead of pizza.

Great hole in the wall authentic Italian. We arrived after a multi-hour flight with a 8-month-old and a 5-year-old who were starving.

As soon as we were seated the wait staff immediately offered to put the kids order in. The kids order arrived at the table even before the adult orders were taken. It was so fast!

We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, Lisa’s favorite, and shared a piece of the chocolate cake.

The service was amazingly friendly and the atmosphere was definitely a mom’s kitchen kind of feel. Everyone spoke kindly to each other and genuinely wanted to make sure the experience was great.

We cleaned up after the 8-month-old as we always do, but the wait staff and the owner both stopped us on the way out and thanked us personally for cleaning up after the kids.

I would highly recommend stopping here. We will definitely be back!

This place I’d easily give a 6 or 7/5. Their slogan “You’ve tried the rest, now try the best” is true to its word.

I’m writing this only less than an hour after eating here with family which should tell you a lot.

The breakdown:
Atmosphere – It is very, very neighborhood/family-through-the-generations oriented as it has regulars and return customers. The staff and owners (who do a lot of hands on work there) are very gracious, kind and appears to me know the names of the patrons. Very social atmosphere which I enjoy.

Pizza:
I went here for pizza. Ordered a medium pepperoni and a medium Eleni (refer the web menu). Nice crispy, old school pizzeria crust, they didn’t skimp on the topping and its not remotely soggy. Two medium pizzas there served me, the wife and our 11 year old kid pretty easily….he nearly the entire pepperoni pizza. Of note, I can tell you as a guy who has had many frozen and big-chain pizzas in a college lifetime, this place gets an “A+” for sure fresh ingredients.

The tiramasu is a must try as I enjoyed how moist it was plus not diabetes-level sweet.

The owner lady offered us a sample of the meat sauce that they use in their sandwiches and pasta dishes: Fantastic. So, my next visit, trying the pasta.

Customer service:
Top, top notch. Mind you, this small restaurant was busy and one person waiting tables. But as busy as it was, the waitress (who is the co-owner also) was still exceptionally personable and polite.

Price to value:
All things considered, comparing this place to the Domino’s, Pizza Hut and Papa John’s that are in the ballpark of prices, you get a much, much better quality item, good customer service here even if it is for a few dollars more.

Who would like this place?
1. Small families of 4.
2. People on a dinner date.
3. People who like old school/East Coast pizza oven pizzas.

Advice:
1. Call or order in advance 100% if you’re doing take out.
2. If you have more than 4 people, call ahead and ask if they can accommodate.
3. Patience goes a very long way here. Place is very popular busy but the food, ambience and experience is really worth it.

This place is special! We ordered through DoorDash and the dasher picked up the wrong pizza. The restaurant reached out to us directly and was amazing. We kept the pizza that was delivered and it was DELICIOUS. The hands-down best we’ve had since moving to Washington. We will be frequent repeat customers. The customer service plus the food is *chefs kiss*.

Hello Lauren Ryan Photography here. On my down time, when I’m not photographing weddings and families, I’m enjoying family life and the hubby. It was my husband’s birthday so we visited Angelo’s Pizza, a cozy mom and pop shop that’s been running for over three decades!!! We tried a variety of food on the menu. They accommodated my pork allergy and truly presented a solid meal. The pasta was tasty with the marinara sauce for me and the separate cup of meat sauce for my husband. All the while watching the NFL draft on the TV!! They had an amazing Greek salad that was to die for!!! That dressing was top notch!! We also ordered a pizza with all mushrooms(ask for fresh, not can), green peppers, and chicken. My husband’s side was pepperoni, mushrooms, and green peppers. It was amazingly crispy good good crust. Tho I didn’t like the taste of the chicken. So next time I’ll prob order without. We are extremely picky about pizza because we come from the Midwest and miss our deep dish Jet’s pizza and reg pizza from Northville, Michigan, which is pretty saucy in sauce. I can compare the Greek salad from our hometown Coney Island to Angelo’s. The dressing Angelo’s has – hits it out of the park!! Also they are very kid friendly!! We plan to bring our 1 year old and 5 year old sometime for dinner. Thank you for an amazing yummy date night! We will be back.

It’s a little Italian shoebox. They apparently have a loyal local following as they greeted just about everyone that came in by name.

Pizza was alright. Garlic bread was so so. The fettuccine Alfredo was hands down the worst I have ever tasted anywhere in the country. Zero flavor of any kind. It was like they used two ingredients. Noodles and cream.

This place has THE BEST pasta in Washington State!! The meat sauce is homemade and next level delicious. The homemade meatballs melt in your mouth! The pizza is also a must try!!! The crust is perfectly crunchy on the bottom and soft and fluffy on top! Good ration of crust to sauce and toppings!

The owners cook and serve and are so friendly! This family restaurant has fast become our favorite!

I would like to share that this place has a wonderful atmosphere and great tasting food to boot. The owner, Lisa and her husband, are very nice people. After arriving to order there for the first time, Lisa walked me through a custom 4 topping pizza and even offered me a free sample of their homemade meat sauce and meatballs. Both were delicious! You can truly taste every ingredient in their Pizza and their sauce. Worth every penny!
