Cool, energetic modern Italian vibes. Good date night spot, modern feels with classic food. The sauce is delicious. Everything was spot on and fresh. Service was very good; polite, wine bottle service, the table was clean, and the drinks were always filled. They had live music there, which wasn’t loud and enjoyable. We still could have a conversation. There is also an area separated from the live area for more of a quiet ambiance. Owner was there and was very friendly. Great experience. Will be back! Cheers

This place is a great addition to the area. It’s a great place with a good look, the atmosphere is excellent and the food is great, the service was very good with the friendly visit of the owner thruout the restaurant, I was taken there by my wife to celebrate my birthday, I had the black linguini seafood fradiablo ,it was great, everyone liked their food, on the negative side, I don’t like when restaurants charge you extra for the use of a credit card, I know that during covid this was done to help local businesses, we helped, covid is over, let’s get rid of this surcharge already

Pappardelle Bolognese! So good! Very friendly easy atmosphere, good Italian music.
Reasonable prices. They make you feel welcome. Looks more expensive than it is.

NYC’s loss is Long Island’s gain! My husband and I were customers when Angelo’s was located in Little Italy and after all they went through when I saw Angelo’s was opening in Amityville I couldn’t wait to go! Once again Angelo’s was amazing!!! Tina (the owner) was as amazing as I remember her and made sure our dining experience was above anything we could image! We ordered the rice balls (not pictured) and it felt like home!!! The food was just as good if even better than the original, the service was fantastic, and the restaurant is beautiful! If you didn’t know the tiramisu is homemade now you know and you need to order it for dessert! We can’t wait to go back!

My boyfriend and I finally got to try out this gem in our town! We are so glad we did. Conveniently, someone gave us a gift card to it so it pushed us there even more. The drinks were on point—white chocolate martini for him and cosmo for me we got a bunch of apps. They were all delicious and perfectly cooked. The dessert was amazing as well. We went on a Sunday during lunch hours and we were shocked at how reasonably priced it was for cocktails AND incredible meals! We will be back!

I have been going to Angelo’s in Little Italy since I am 10 years old, My Father was a 2x a week regular, Friday nights with his crew & Sundays with the Family. We lived out in Long Island but cruised in as if nothing because it was worth the trip. Now that Tina has brought Angelo’s to Amityville we are Blessed and whomever is reading this will be as well. My favorite is an appetizer that I first had at 10years old and never went there without ordering it, I have tried at many other restaurants and NONE have matched it, *Speidin Alla Romana* It’s Fresh mozzarella in a Caper anchovies sauce- Do not let anchovies throw you off as they are what give it the flavor that is needed, very little is used and they 100% disintegrate into pure goodness and you will never know they existed except for me saying so, Amityville made it just like they did in Little Italy which made me Very happy, to be honest it was 95% the same, all that was different was to much sauce & there was no capers in it. There should be just enough sauce that your upset you drenched your bread in the little that was left and want more. I hated leaving any of it to waste but there was to much, we had 3 orders and 1 of the orders had enough sauce for all 3.. Still was amazing, I will be back next week for more & the next etc etc. Thank you for coming to the Island, I will be bringing many Friends & Family to enjoy what I have for over 40 years.
Tina you have DEFINITELY made your Dad a Happy man & a Proud Father….

I was excited to try this place. One of my coworkers said she used to go to the one in the city along time ago. Anyways, my pasta dish was soooo salty. But I’m a little picky & loco so I had my mom try. She said it was way too salty. The fettuccine pasta was so delicious I’m assuming it’s made there, it was just the sauce that wasn’t very good. Not sure if I’ll go in to dine since I cheated on Cafe Gios this night and was a bit disappointed :/
