The lady i talked to on the phone when i ordered talked like a 3 year old and hung up on me so rude replace ur order taker or your business will fail!!! If she is not happy ther improve ur life get a different job!

Terrible product now days! The quality of the food for the price you pay is awful! I ordered a BLT pizza and the first thing we noticed was the lid was smashed, opened the box and all the mayo and tomatoes were stuck to the lid, then noticed the lettuce was SO wilted and slimey we couldn’t even eat it due to complete disgust! We also ordered Italian cheeseburgers with everything on them and sauce on the side… unwrapped the sandwich to find a mess, the toppings were laying in the wrapper and the cup of sauce has gotten smaller. Really Angelo’s… with the money you make, you have to continue to raise your prices but yet the quantity and quality of your product continues to decline? My suggestion is you be selective with your employees and employee people that enjoy the customer service/food business and take some pride in their work. It is a shame how much your product has declined over the years and in the future we will no longer be customers of Angelo’s Delivery!!!

We ordered a spaghetti pizza for supper tonight. It’s usually my favorite pizza from Angelo’s, but tonight when we started eating it, my mom noticed what appeared to be blood in the corner of the inside of the pizza box. My stomach instantly rejected it and I stopped eating. I felt so sick! My husband called and they told him that no one got hurt there and it’s probably just the ink off of the box. My thoughts are that the meat wasn’t cooked all the way, someone got hurt there and didn’t report it, or it was the ink leaking through the box. We can get sick from any of the 3 options though! It’s an expensive pizza to waste and throw away, so what should we do with it? I’m afraid to eat it!

The money wasn’t worth it. As a chef for an for a huge cooperation, the food was terrible and the bread our sandwiches were made with taste old and stale. Took one bite and threw the rest in the garbage. $38 down the drain.

I think Female are better with a call and delivery for ordering pizza and stuff is better, because they’re more friendly and nicer. There are some male are friendly and nicer for delivery though.
I don’t like the guy answer to take order and don’t listen, get the order wrong and there’s no extra cheese on my pizza too and there are some workers rushing to take my order, that I haven’t finish what I want, jeepers!

we had their family style spaghetti dinner delivered last night…the spaghetti was so dry I could hardly eat it. the only real good thing was the garlic cheese bread we ordered separately…If we ever ordered this again we will definitely ask for more sauce to be added.

I ordered a pizza two weeks ago and when I open the box and took a piece out I noticed a piece of hair stuck in it and called right away and keep getting a busy signal so I had to end up calling the next day because the line keep being busy and I paid $40 for a pizza for me and my family and when I spoke to a lady the next day I was to she was going to take care of the issue and I would get a credit and what she failed to tell me was it comes in the mail and it has been over to weeks and I have not received anything in the mail yet well I will never order from them again and it is awful how they treat their customers

Called multiple locations within 10 miles and all said that they do not deliver to that address. One locations was within 7 miles. Said they “will not deliver there unless a big order” that really bad customer service

This is one of the best pizza places in our area. When you eat the sweet crust and taste the toppings and pizza sauce they use, your taste buds light up. We always order ahead of time when we’re up in the Sterling/ Rock Falls area. You have the option to dine there, or like us, take it home to enjoy. They also deliver to the local area. I highly recommend their spaghetti pizza, as it’s the best. So if you’re craving a great pizza or other Italian fare, please do check them out.
