If you know anything about the Akron area of Ohio, you know there is a high standard for pizza! Angelina’s is without a doubt one of the top pizza shops in the area. He really proves all you need is the right method, and an oven. The classic square cut pan pizza is an awesome signature! Every time I come in town, this is a must-go-to. Very well done.

This is the pizza place you’re looking for. When I moved to the area a few years ago, I tried a different place every week for a very long time until we came across this gem of a pizza shop. It’s literally the tiniest possible pizza shop you’ve ever seen. You’re not dining in…as 2 parking spots would suggest.

I had a fantastic experience at the New Angelina’s Pizza House! In a day and age where portions are getting smaller and the cost to eat out is getting higher, Angelina’s pizza is a diamond in the rough. I ordered a NY 2 topping pepperoni and black olive as well as a regular 3 topping sausage, mushroom and onion. The pizzas were delicious! The value you get in toppings is far superior to any chain or other local pizza place. I cannot forget to mention the first class service, friendly smiles, and being treated like family. Tommaso has held up the high standard of food and service his father founded Angelina’s on while continuing to modernize his menus. I look forward to returning very soon!

Best tiny pizza takeout spot around. Often requested by my 5yo Italian daughter and full-blooded Italian wife. Pasta dishes and peppers are also solid. Great place to snag food before headed to the park in the summer or after work in the winter.

Another Road-trip Pizza review… Ordered the pepperoni and sausage. The sausage was AMAZING, nice big chunks with a little bite to it, add the yummy, savory sauce and it was perfect. Only complaint and it’s a tiny one, it could of baked for another 5 mins… Just a bit doughy. We would recommend and order again. But beware, it is REALLY hard to get in/out of the mini parking lot. Just be careful, because it’s worth it!!

So for our first time we got a NY 16 cheese pizza . It was good . I will probably update my review once I try some other things !! Would I come here for just the cheese pizza ?? Prob not but I am excited to try other items !
