Just tried this place by Saturday market, and I literally said out loud: that was one of the best gyros I’ve ever had. Super fresh, with unique ingredients like olive hummus. Love the use of spring greens instead of iceberg. Overall a really well done gyro. Can’t wait to come back!

The feller working the cart was patient and kind answering my questions. When I wasn’t sure about the recommended spicy garlic jalapeno sauce he broke out an impromptu mini taster tray and sold me on the spot! A wonderful sauce addition to an already incredible gyro. Fresh everything- with great flavors coming from each component – lamb/beef, veggies, pita. I live hundreds of miles away from this food cart, and I will be back!!
