Everything looked pretty and clean. The items they have on display appear to be very appealing, shiny, sparkling, bright. I was very disappointed that the pastries, tasted stale. Cake pops were a good size. We ordered vanilla a chocolate and the both had a strange aftertaste. Mini cheesecake was ok. The place is very tight. Not much room to walk around. Service wasn’t anything special, no greeting, no smile, no suggestions.

Angelina Bakery is a chain of bakeries across NYC, serving up pastries, cakes, and other dishes.

I bought a custom cake here for a birthday. The cake was a bit on the expensive side ($150) but it did come with a decent amount of layers, the custom flavors were only chocolate or vanilla though. The cake was designed perfectly for what we wanted, as it came out looking like the reference photos. The taste was as expected, nothing outstanding but still really good and light.

The cake did taste good even after 2 days out of a fridge because they gave us such a big box, so expect to clear out some fridge space if you need to refrigerate it.

Overall a great bakery! The donuts were tougher than I expected, but the croissants were delicious. We loved the spacious upstairs seating area too!

I’ve tried pistachio croissant and mini cannoli. Both were very delicious. There were generous amount of pistachio cream inside the croissant and it was very rich.

We visited Angelina Bakery and Pizzeria on our last morning in New York, and it was a lovely way to end our trip. The breakfast was delicious – fresh pastries, great coffee, and a cozy atmosphere to match. The service was friendly and quick, even though the place was quite busy.

Overall, a great spot for a relaxed morning bite. Would definitely come back next time we’re in the city!

During my Too Good To Go pickup, the woman working the register handled the situation like a child and should not be in a customer-facing role.

This incident happened on 1/2/26 around 9pm.

She told me to swipe to confirm the pickup before the pickup window began. I explained that the app would not allow me to do so because it was still early. Instead of acknowledging this, she dismissed me and said she “does this every day.”

When I questioned her attitude, she ignored me and served two customers who arrived after me. This appeared to be retaliation for not swiping early and created an uncomfortable and disrespectful experience.

Her conduct made me feel singled out and treated differently. This is not acceptable customer service. Management should review this incident and take corrective action.

Absolutely loved Angelina Bakery & Pizza! The pistachio croissant was incredible—flaky, rich, and full of flavor.

The doughnuts were just as delicious, fresh and not overly sweet.

I even tried the pizza and was pleasantly surprised—crispy, flavorful, and very satisfying. If you’re visiting New York, this place is definitely worth a stop.

Great quality all around!
