This was a bit of a hidden gem I hadn’t heard of until I met a friend for dinner. The restaurant had a relaxing ambiance with a lovely view of the water on the golf course. The food was tasty and the drinks were good. I was pleasantly surprised at how perfectly cooked the tuna entree with coconut rice was. Our waitress wasn’t the most friendly or attentive but I would still visit again.

Food was good and served quickly. Bar was a bit noisy that overflowed into the dining area. The view is refreshing to look at with the ponds along the golf course. King of Cups cocktails were delicious! I love their Beet and Goat Cheese salad that I had a grilled chicken breast added to. Hubby had the Meatloaf dinner which he enjoyed.

They had excellent service. We were seated right away. I didn’t expect the service to be so good because it was very crowded.
We ordered fish and chips, and it came with coleslaw. The cod was battered and were good size pieces (2). The generous portion of fries were seasoned, I like plain fries better. The coleslaw was a little bland. The view of the golf course from the table was really nice!! They also have a bar.

I have been here a few times on dinner dates, and although the dining room can be loud (not romantic at all), it’s a bright setting with nice views of the lake and golf course.
Last week we sat at the bar on friday around 5 pm.
Service is always great here. My meatball appetizer, delicious. Bartender made my margarita without the margarita mix at my request. So fresh ingredients, but strong!
It’s worth it trying and its less busy during the summers.

The atmosphere is very nice with a golf course view. Our server was obviously new, but did an adequate job. We ordered the fried calamari 4/5 (artichokes best part), fish and chips 4/5, meatloaf 3/5, and salmon 3.5/5.

I chose this spot because I wanted an adult beverage and water views. It did not disappoint. .. especially on a beautiful bright sunny February day. I had already read reviews of service being slower so I went in expecting it, but I heard some other patrons complain. My server was very nice and was definitely having to work a large section herself. Being by myself I say in the bar side and chose the patio so I could see the greenery and water and listen to the golfers tee off. It was a perfect location to relax and read. The covered patio on the restaurant side is big and spacious with lovely views. I plan to return and sit on that side next time.

Unfortunately I tried something new , I’d only been once before , but when I got the French dip which is normally shaved , it came out as a hunk of leftover roast and was fatty , so they took it off the bill. I tried the pastrami which I didn’t know if I would like, it came already soggy , so I decided to hang it up there. The manager told me he couldn’t take two items off the bill. That’s fine. But it’s not my fault the quality just wasn’t great , and never never say to the customer, “I don’t see how it could be soggy,, when it just came out” it’s like saying your a liar. I lifted both sandwiches and the bottoms were soggy and I knew I would never eat them. That’s just poor customer service. Do better.

My husband and I shared a Ruben and fries mid-afternoon. Some of the best corned beef we have ever had and the fries were done to perfection…crispy on the outside..hot and soft on the inside!! We will definitely be back to explore the rest of their extensive menu.

Why is it whoever manages this restaurant doesn’t know by now how much food to order? On a number of occasions they run out of food on the menu, and it’s early in the evening. This is like the 3rd time they have run out of items on the menu. Just to clarify, this time they ran out of saurkraut. Do better.

Angela’s kitchen has tasty food with beautiful views.
Since it was in the 80s this weekend, we decided to eat on the patio to enjoy the outdoors and lovely golf course views. We ordered French Onion Soup as an appetizer and unfortunately it came out with with our meals. Thank goodness it came out with the meal because the meatloaf was slightly over seasoned with tarragon and my friend didn’t care for that seasoning so at least he enjoyed the soup. (I have enjoyed the meatloaf in the past).
My mom ordered the Beef Stroganoff and truly enjoyed the meat, noodles and sauce.
I ordered the Shrimp Oreganata which was served mushroom rissoto and vegetables. Very tasty!
