The place has great food and the prices are excellent. The only downfall was the Caucasian lady that was helping out serving or whatever she called it. She had a bad attitude for someone being around anyone’s food. She also just started bringing food over placing it in front of people without asking who ordered what. I basically had to tell her how to do her job the correct way. Our actual server for the table was excellent and made sure we were taken care of and she was also taken care of.

Food was pretty good good for the price. Pancakes were made perfectly. The home fries were cooked well. Service could be a tad bit better. The water cups and silverware wasn’t cleaned the best. I recommend getting a bottled water instead. Ask for plastic silverware. I would most likely return. Not a bad place for breakfast.

Classic diner experience. The waitress immediately apologized because she was busy but she was on it! I got my food fast. It was good but the potatoes were dry and I asked for ketchup and hot sauce. I think they used liquid egg for my scrambled egg…meh. If I want cheap substitute eggs, I’ll go to McDonalds, so that was a bit off-putting. There was corny 80s and 90s music in the background, but what can you expect? It’s just that type of vibe. Very busy too and diverse crowd from the community. Free parking as well.

I just called to complain that I requested No onions or Bell peppers because I’m allergic and the woman told me I was going to get “popped” by her family because they messed up my order!! So I now I got to die because they messed up or that I dared to complain, not sure which one, but please do put your money where your mouth is!

Unfortunately I was triple charged with ghost charges for my $13 breakfast. When I tried to get this resolved in the restaurant I was ignored and lied to. I have proof on my banking app that SOMEONE charged my debit card while I was at work from this spot.

I love love love this place. As a native Clevelander, I’m ashamed to say that I waited until post 40 to visit. Its been here my whole life and I finally made it. And then I made it again. And again. And again. I love it. The food is incredible, cooked with love and consistently prepared well. I am dying to visit again and soon. The prices are phenomenal. This is old school restauranting right here. Big Plates, Small Checks. I would eat Angela’s for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day of the month and not tire of them. The menu is that vast. I will go again. And again. And again. So should you! Cleveland has the best food!
