The highlight of this place is the historical building it is located in. I ordered fried haddock with a baked potato and carrots. This is what was served to me. One piece of fish, who serves just one piece of fried fish??? And I was seriously disappointed that I didnt get a baked potato. The carrots were delicious though.

We were there on grand opening day of Angela’s Restaurant. It was their 1st full day in business and a test of all their preparations. They were awfully busy and ran out of a lot of their food items before we arrived. The employees are still learning each other’s name and everyone was nervous. We didn’t expect perfection.
We were offered a home baked cookie while we waited for our meals. The service was great in spite of their hectic day. In fact, several employees checked on us during the time we were there. They have a large menu selection and the surroundings are clean. The food appears to be home cooked and is served well.
Our sides were cold but I suspect that will improve as they get better orchestrated into their routines. The chicken and dumplings had a very unappealing sour taste. I do NOT recommend that dish. Everything else tasted great. I would recommend a house salad added to their selection of side items, but overall they have a lot of potential.
We will go back when things settle down a bit and will provide a follow-up review. I hope Angelas is a success. They certainly seem to be trying hard to get things just right. Vinita needs a good down-home American restaurant. I hope it has arrived. So far, pretty good.

Ate at Angela’s a couple weeks ago with my family. The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a side of potato salad, SO GOOD! My family and I will definitely be going back soon!

I waited 15 minutes to get a waiter talked to the manager Danny regarding the lack of service. They did not honor $25 gift card which Villa Lofts gifted to veterans. Couldn’t tell you what the food is like since order was never taken. A waitress DID follow me to the elevator of The Lofts to let me know about the upcoming Monday special, I had to tell her thanks BUT no thanks. Veterans don’t forget free meal at post 40 American Legion this weekend. Semper Fi !.

Had fried chicken sandwich bun was burnt. Husband had beef pot pie it was cold and had been reheated in the microwave sent it back he then got chicken strips the coating was dark and hard close to burnt. Had to peel the coating off to eat the chicken. Last time going to this restaurant.

Ate breakfast at 1130 on a Saturday very few people order took a while then it was mixed up on plates no problem we switch what was on plates but mom’s sausage links so hard you couldn’t cut them fruit cup was hard cantelop and slice bananas her eggs cooked wrong just not the place for us when down the road is a place that serves great breakfast hiway cafe
