The food is made with love here. Rakesh was so kind and helpful when trying to decide what to get (everything is amazing). If you are looking for a good and authentic spot to try go here, you will not be disappointed

We get food and snacks from this place very often. We enjoy almost every thing but just want to give a feedback abt bajjis. There is a lot of stuffing with onion, coconut shredding etc but it is missing the actual bajji because the meat / flour around bajji is very light. It’s almost like a paper light. It almost feels like calling it with someother new name other than the bajji. For me it’s a NO as bajji. There is also a chicken fry /dry item with coconut in it, that is a big No too.Rest most of them are good.

Very uncomfortable experience. I came in with my teenage son to order takeout and stood at the counter where the food was being served. The man working there (who appeared to be serving the food) looked at us several times but completely ignored us. When I asked questions about the items, he still did not engage. I finally asked how to order, and he simply pointed down to the cashier without saying a word.

After I placed my order with the cashier, several customers came in who were Indian like the employees. The same man who ignored us immediately began speaking with them, taking their orders, and having normal conversations.

I asked the cashier why he would not take our order, but she avoided answering and just repeated my total. I simply walked away. I can’t help but believe race played a role in how we were treated. As a Black customer, that experience was very disappointing and not something I expect when simply trying to order food with my son.

Too good. Rakesh is truly exceptional. The service exceeded my expectations, and the pricing was remarkably reasonable. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more satisfying experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and reliability.

Food is ok in-general, but taste varies a lot by day.
Service needs a lot of improvement. It’s mostly chaos with no respect of time and wait.
One advise- Always buy what you see at the counter. That 10mins will never arrive what that guy at counter tells you:) In couple of occasions he told me 10mins while even Chef had not arrived

The food was very good, but what really made the visit stand out was the service.
Rakesh at the food court was incredibly diligent and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure everything was handled perfectly

I have been here twice. Both times I see the place run in a unhygienic manner by untrained people. I saw the guys there not change their gloves after a run outside, between picking veg and non-veg and after a loo break. I wonder why dont use a ladle or a spoon available there to pick food instead of hand picking. Moreover, when I asked them to change the gloves, they defended and were unapologetic. Wonder how this place has a 97% sanitation rating. If this is the state at the front where they pick and pack, we can imagine how it could be inside the kitchen. A lot of Indian joints have popped up recently which is good for the area giving us choice and variety, but mostly run by rookies. They should cultivate a sense of hygiene and customer service, not just look at it as a merry day at sales.

The food was bursting with authentic flavors, perfectly spiced. Every dish tasted fresh and comforting—just like true Indian home-style cooking. The food was ready on time, packed neatly, and still perfectly hot when I got home.
