Ordered the molcajete for 2. The dish comes in hot, literally on fire. The presentation was great. The is a lot of sauce and a good portion of food. Personally I thought the fajita tasted a bit like gas. Other than that, the food was very good. The charro beans were nice but not enough beans. The salsa had a good taste but wasn’t spicy. The restaurant was clean. The service was great. I wish I could remember our waiter’s name. He was super friendly and funny. He was also very attentive.
A little advice, if you like taking pictures/videos of your food, have your camera ready. The flames don’t last long and I missed the opportunity.

2/24/26: This was our first visit. We went for dinner. The outdoor area looked nice. There were several benches and tables outside. We were greeted by Seiko, and he was a great host. The restaurant was very clean, the decor looked great, and the Spanish music set the tone. The bar area looked nice, and there were several TV’s throughout.
I had a Michelada and my wife had a Michoacan Mojito. Both drinks were very good and were nicely presented. They brought out chips, salsa and refried beans. I ordered a chicken flautas plate, and my wife had a chicken and beef enchiladas plate. Our food didn’t take too long, both dishes were hot, with great presentation. The food were very good. The flautas were about a foot long, and I had three on my plate. They were stuffed with meat, as well as the enchiladas.
Their green sauce had a nice kick, and their red sauce was spicy! We had a great time. Seiko stopped by a few times to check on us. There was plenty of parking outside, and easy access from the street. We will definitely return!

So I just had to try this play once I seen a video on Instagram . Lunch date with my mother . First off our waitress was amazing. The atmosphere was great . We ordered the Molcajete for two and the Anejo Shrimp . We enjoyed every bit. Believe it or not there was still a lot of food to take home . It was worth the price… You know I had to spread the word .

Went to Angelo this weekend and really enjoyed the experience. They took our reservation for 8 on a Friday with no issue. The inside is very cute and I loved the look of the bar. They have a cool menu and lots of options for drinks and food. They have a couple of crazy fun flaming items on the menu including the “molcajete for 2” it was plenty of food and was all very well seasoned. Daniella was a lovely waitress and made sure we all had a lovely time!

It took 9 minutes to greet us and get our drink order and an additional 10 minutes to even order our food when we were clearly ready and had menus stacked. We also weren’t offered an appetizer, we asked him as he was walking away about adding one. The server was nice but he was either inexperienced or too busy even though they weren’t very busy. The chorizqueso lacked flavor and spice, we had to wait 3-4 minutes after it arrived to even get our tortillas. My kids each got fajitas, the portions are good but the beef ones seemed low quality or we got a bad cut of meat because they were very gummy, and it wasn’t fat. The rice was clumpy and cold on all meals except the salmon, so we didn’t eat that. Salmon is fish but the salmon I got had an overly strong fish odor and taste that lingered, however, the vegetables on that plate were great. It did take around 40 minutes to get our food and we sat for a while also to get our check. I don’t know, the menu had a lot of great sounding options but our first impression wasn’t the best. Not sure if we will be back.

First time here and will definitely be back. Food was delicious and the service matched the food. Started off with the house margaritas and they were spot on. I had Quiso Puerco and wife had the Quesabirrias tacos. Both outstanding. My quiso Puerco came in a tomatillo sauce which was different for me. Had it many times and was always in a red sauce so was anxious to compare. Didn’t disappoint. You need to give them a visit.

Amazing food and even better people! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The staff was so kind and welcoming especially Maria who gave me and my boyfriend recommendations in which everything was amazing and it really made the experience special. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to again and again but with family and friends as well.

Anejo was fresh and delicious. We started out with the chips and queso. We had the appetizer platter and the chimichanga for our entrees. Food was hot, fresh and yummy! The margs were great also. This is a new place on the Garland/richardson border. They also have a cute little bar with karaoke on the weekends. Don’t sleep on this place!
