I don’t know if it’s always been bad and maybe I just remember it being great years ago because I’m nostalgic or maybe I didn’t know any better as a kid, but it is very bad now. Every time I go everything I get is cold. I just got a hash brown that was inedible. And I don’t mean it was room temperature. I mean it was cold. It was hard and cold and disgusting and it tasted like they haven’t changed their oil in a very long time. The biscuit was good, but the sausage on it tasted like they cooked A bunch of sausage patties first thing in the morning and didn’t didn’t worry about cooking anymore or keeping them fresh after that. This was around 9:00. Their prices have gone up and their quality has gone so far down that I’m amazed this place stays open. Do not eat here. Skip this place. Send them a message that we’re not going to put up with that sort of apathy or disservice to our community anymore from a place that is as much of an institution in this town as the mill. Do better, Andy’s. You mean a lot to this town and we are bitterly disappointed.

Update: I guess its just before noon or something because I went again around the same time 1130 ish and fish sandwich cold yet again. I GUESS the only time to get a consistent good fish sandwich is in the evening time. I WONT come in the AM again. 7/14
I always order a fish sandwich as I feel yall have the best ! Today was the first time I have ever ordered a fish sandwich and it was not fresh which is crazy because it was 1115 in the morning. I was very disappointed as I had to get to work and no time to return. JUST please do better. Yall already have a good thing going let’s not turn this bad due to cold food. My fries and cinnamon roll were hot though.

The food was awesome. But the restaurant was not as clean as it should have been. The women’s bathroom has water all over the floor and was still leaking. I have to say next time I will drive through. The service was fine. Karen Kingrey

The lady at the register was a very polite and thoughtful person, very helpful, she let us sample a piece of fish, and it was fanominal, the BBQ sauce was really runny, almost seemed watered down.

There’s a guy that sits on a stool taking orders and giving orders…they are not frying the fish fresh I literally watched them take the fish out of the drawer and put on my sandwich and the fish is not hot to the touch but he opted to tell me it was made fresh… I won’t be spending my money on there fish anymore!!!!

I would love to give it 5 stars because they have good food…what they lack is accuracy in orders. Both times I went there…I ordered bacon on my burger….and got no bacon. The last time I got to the house before realizing it and was not going to drive 15 miles for bacon. My boyfriend didn’t even get his change in the drive-thru and didn’t realize it till we got to the next stop and didn’t have enough money…got our money back…but was a big hassle in backtracking…..Burger was good tho…they just need to check their orders.

Their food is the best. Great staff and friendly service. My ONLY issue is the breakfast biscuits. I eat them almost daily. I love them but most days they’re hard and dried out. I’m not sure if the heating lamp is up too high or if they arent making new ones before the old ones dry out ans are being left under the lamp too long but they are hard on the bottom and then they turn around and microwave the SEC biscuits or they’re being premade and put back under the lamp(not sure which one) but it makes them even harder. I end up having to take the bottom biscuit off and throwing it away. If the biscuits were softer they would be perfect. Other than that, everything is great, food tastes great and staff are great!!
