I went out Friday night to the Holly witches night out event and had extremely terrible service to the point where the other ‘witches’ I went out with are still complaining about my service the following day.
I placed a simple order of a cheeseburger how it comes, nothing special no customizations and left my name with the order like they asked. My name is Sarah and evidently I needed to be the one to know ahead of time that there was a stranger behind me named Sarah.
My name got called and I took my burger and started eating to realize it was the spiciest thing I have ever put in my mouth. I mentioned to my friends that it was very spicy to my surprise and the other Sarah happened to hear me mention that and she came up to me saying I had her burger. We both went up to the counter together explaining we were both named Sarah and that I had taken her burger not mine. A $16 burger turned into a second $16 burger. I was so flustered that I didn’t question having to pay for my burger twice. I feel incredibly taken advantage of and it ruined my mood to the point where I never ate my burger that I ordered. We had the window slammed in our face rather than an apology and an attempt to fix our problem. I shouldn’t have to pay $30 for a burger that I didn’t even end up eating because I was so disappointed with their service.

First time here, and it was pretty good. Stopped in on the 4th of July, and it was the only place we found that was open near where we were watching fireworks. We got the Mac and Cheese bites, and they were pretty good. First time I had had them. I got the #1, and it was good. My boyfriend got a mushroom burger and he enjoyed it. If we were in the area again, we’d probably stop in again. Staff was friendly, and there was a guy who came in to play some jazz on his guitar. Was a nice first visit.

This was my first and last experience at this place I went to the firework show on 7/4 and ate at there food truck they had. I understand it was busy but I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning. My stomach has been upset since 15 min after eating instantly I should have known given my burgers were really greasy and salty not to mention when eating the fire the grease just dripped. Completely gross never again also the sliders were literally maybe the size of a quarter

My wife and I moved to Holly in August of 2020. Since then, Andy’s Place has become our favorite restaurant in town. We regularly order carry out. I tell everyone they have the best burgers I have ever had. The fries are great too and you get a large portion of them. Pricing is very reasonable. Never have to wait long for my order to be done. Staff is super friendly as well. Love this place

Staff is very pleasant. Music has been very good with most of our visits. Menu is pretty much all fried food. I would not pay for a tall beer since the quantity is the same amount of beer as the short. A bit cold in the winter if you sit near the front door. Place charges extra if you dont pay with cash. Drinks can be pricey if you ask for something other than call brands.

If you’re looking for a great bar atmosphere, this is the place! This has become my favorite bar by far, and I’m usually not a fan of bars. The bartender, Stephanie, is an absolute riot! Super sweet and funny! Been here a few times and plan on returning time and time again!

We’ve only eaten here once, but the burgers were great. They gave Northern Oak Brewery a good fight and won. (If you don’t know that’s another burger place in Holly). We met the owner and he was cool, he was running the grill that night.
