Nothing like making it to the front of the line to order your drink, for the bartender to say “Sorry, I have to go dance” ……..and they just walk away. No one to step up and help you. I’ll spend my money somewhere with decent customer service. This was ridiculous!!

Andy’s Grille has the best Philly cheesesteak. So melty and flavorful with a soft, toasted bun. I go to the state fair every year just to get it. It’s a must have every year! I hope they never stop making them how they do! It’s always packed in there and there’s plenty of seating available. Always pretty quick after you place order too.

Picture this: 100 degree day at the fair, energy is low. Family is fading. Then comes Andy’s grill. What do they deliver? A delicious protein-filled cheesesteak and enthusiastic employees leaving it all on the dance floor to Grease Lightning. Needless to say, we left better than we came in. Thanks, crew!

I got charged extra on my card and I called to ask about it and the manager started screaming at me and was extremely rude! Didn’t even try and attempt to see what went wrong just got extremely defensive. At that point I asked if I could call a different time or day to talk to a different manager so I could get my money back and she told me I couldn’t.. Never dealt with that rude of management before. Never going there again!!
