Glad we have an ice cream place that open late in Cibolo. Love the big bright store. Employees were nice & gitty. Ordered our custard & got it in record time. This grand opening weekend they’re giving out lil gifts or treats. I like the seating outside with a couple of benches. They had a cornhole game & connect four outside in their grassy courtyard. The staff were amazing, we accidentally ordered the wrong dessert and the worker at the window (I’m sorry I forgot your name queen) helped us get the correct treat. The cherry on top was when Santa came to the window and gave us three coupons. Yall are awesome, will be back soon!!

Was excited to try this place since we prefer custard over regular ice cream and we usually have to make the drive to Freddie’s. First, the custard is delicious and actually better than Freddie’s. However I deducted stars for a few reasons. 1. There was a line in the drive thru so when I pulled up to see the menu, we took a minute to decide. We did not hold up the line in any way because there were still cars waiting to pick up, but the girl taking orders was irritated that we weren’t immediately ready. It’s a brand new restaurant, so must people aren’t going to know the menu yet!! 2. The prices are at least 30% more than Freddie’s. 3. I asked for a cup of water but was told “we can’t do that”. But i could purchase a $2 bottle of water. I just spent way more than I should have at your restaurant but i can’t get a cup of water?? I can always get a free cup of water at Freddie’s. Andy’s wins on taste, but Freddie’s will still get my business.

I literally just sat in line at this place for 20 mins in the drivers thru to place my order and then get told I dont know which one that is , granted I may have been off on the name , Rather than the employee try to help me out based on the description of the specialty item or just simple go look at what I had seen on the menu board I was simply asked to drive back around and double check the menu board myself , so I did just that with now 9 cars ahead of me. I am not gonna spend 45 mins in a drive thru line for a 9 dollar ice cream. First impressions only come once , Great Job !

Top 3 best ice cream places i’ve ever been to. Last night 1/17/26 was my first time there and won’t be my last. We went around 7-8pm , they had a line of maybe 6-8 cars and we were in and out in less than 5 mins. SUCH friendly and fast service!!

Today was definitely a disappointment and management should definitely look into operations on Sunday. My husband ordered three items. At the windows, the worker repeatedly after each item asked with annoyance, “is that all?” He witnessed another worker consuming an ice cream while making our order, which is common practice in your house, not at a restaurant. There seem to only be one worker actually doing the right thing. Ordered a Butter Pecan concrete, that was not even mixed, just a huge scoop of vanilla with caramel and pecans layered on the bottom and top. Ordered a Boot Daddy that had no caramel. The last item was a kids vanilla scoop with sprinkles and that seemed to be the only thing done right. Such a disappointment as we’ve hyped this place to everyone we know. Might be a while before we trust to see the customer service we witnessed in the beginning.

Well that was NICE! First time. Not cheap, but worth it! The Apple Pie Concrete was a perfect mix of apple pie & custard. My Beautiful Wife had the Stolen Brownie Sundae. She says next time she would put a little custard below the brownie. Definitely will go again! Great location!
