Visited here while in town. This place is Awesome, definitely not what I expected custard to taste like, it was so fresh & tasted more like ice cream. I’ve been here twice while in town for work, my co-workers visited more often gor sure. Great, friendly service. I’ll have to return again when I’m back in town.

Ordered a quart of vanilla and didn’t notice until I got home that I was given a quart of chocolate instead. That might sound like a small mistake, but when you’re driving over, waiting in line, paying full price, and making the trip for something specific, it’s not “no big deal.” I didn’t go there for a surprise flavor — I went there for vanilla, and I made the trip based on that order.
The frustrating part is that you don’t find out until you’re already home, which means now you’re stuck choosing between wasting more time driving back or just accepting something you didn’t ask for. Either way, it turns a simple stop into an inconvenience. If I wanted chocolate, I would have ordered chocolate. A mix-up like this completely defeats the purpose of ordering what you actually want.
This wasn’t a complicated order either — it was one quart, one flavor, straightforward. That’s why it’s even more annoying. It feels like nobody double-checked what was being handed out, and it’s a basic quality control issue. When you’re paying for premium dessert, you expect the order to match what you paid for.
Bottom line: this was a waste of a trip and my time, and I’m not just brushing it off. I expect a refund, period. And after an experience like this, I’ll never be coming back again.

Best custard anywhere! So good! Chocolate cones remind me of when I was a kid. The turtle sundae is the bomb! No cheating on ingredients at this location.

Pretty normal Andy’s. Our ice cream came out at lightning speed which was great. Part of the patio is heated which helps in the colder times of the year. I got a s’mores jackhammer and it was fantastic.

Ice cream was good but service was a little dicey. I ordered two different shakes and said I had another split order. She then split those two different shakes into separate orders so we went up to the window and I tried to explaine to her I wanted the two first shakes on one order then had another separate order. She was also confused so I had to talk to her in a 3rd grade reading level. After all said and done I never got a receipt or a total price (after everything I didnt want anymore confusion so I didnt ask) after I already paid she gave me a med and large after I said both medium. This was more a rant that a review which is unfortunate and im sorry but its frustrating. Ice cream was good though.

Double check your order before you leave. Ordered the cherry pie concrete and got maraschino cherry concrete, which is terrible also the drive thru very confusing to order pull up to the window, but there’s no menu at the window so it’s I would suggest not using the drive-through. Also custard was already melted when handed to us. Receipt has address and phone number in Missouri.

this location is significantly better than the MLK location. the custard is so thick and smooth and stays solid so much longer. i make the 20 minute drive to this one instead of going to the MLK location next to my apartment.
