Product is always top notch. It’s the reason why people will wait so long to get it.
And that’s the reality. Due to a flawed process at this location, you will wait longer than need be. The counter person would take four orders and then walk away to make them leaving the window unmanned for nearly ten minutes. Customers coming to the window stood there for minutes with no engagement leading to a few simply walking away. Consumer dissatisfaction and loss of revenue on something that is easily correctable.
Is the product worth the wait? Absolutely. Could there be a better user experience? Most certainly
Best recommendation for this location? Use the drive thru. While the line looks painfully long, I was able to observe they were addressing – from start to finish – four drive thru customers to every one counter customer.
Don’t mind driving a few miles west? The next location on Barry road has always been the fastest Andy’s I’ve come across in the metro area. A few minutes of driving for a much better experience.

Use to have excellent service and reward program, that all changed. The service now is not positive most of the the time. The custard has changed its ingredients I believe. The good employees who did a great job making your order you don’t see anymore except one and that’s seldom you see him.

They always have a long line but I think they have a good system in place and luckily enough staff to keep up with the volume. That cherry pie custard is amazing! Y’all are doing something right! Keep it up!

Andy’s was one of my favorite ice cream shops. Now they are a over priced rip off. Everytime I get some for of a Sunday there is hardly any ice cream in the cup and the toppings to ice-cream ratio is way off. Everytime I go a sunday theirs a huge chunk of brown, short cake, cookie pie or something and the. You can barely even see the ice-cream. Having a good amount of toppings is usually a good thing but in this case you can’t even get a bite of ice cream with every piece of topping and then its melted by time you get through the topping. Or there’s so much syrup that you can’t even taste ice cream. Then to top if off they charge more for those Sundays. So you get over charge and ripped off at the same time. Come on Andy’s like stop skimping in the scoops. Make sure your ratios are good.

How can you not love Andy’s!!! The best place for custards and frozen treats!!! It does seem kind of pricy but oh well lol. They have a lot of options on the menu and even build your own! They have seasonal changes and it’s always so yummy. You can drive through or walk up. I come here a lot lol.
