I ordered a dirt n worms but I wanted a small(regular) size not a kids portion. I ordered the dirt n worms and I added waffle cone pieces and brownie and asked for it to be a chocolate custard.
I got home and was expecting a small( regular) size with a regular amount of custard for the proportion of the small (regular) size. I received a kids portion in a (regular) with the extra toppings I ordered. I called the store and Maya was kind enough to get it fixed. I drove back and was able to get it fixed. After talking about the portion of custard expected in the regular size she did make it right. But once I got home I noticed it was not the right type of custard flavor. I believed I received chocolate but I got vanilla. I’d love to make sure I can get this to the right person that could help me.

Technical Idiocy and Whatnot
Why didn’t I know about them before? i dunno. Who cares. I discovered them and think they blow the competition out of the water for taste. Why for example does DQ chocolate…not taste chocolate….just brown vanilla ice cream. Andy’s chocolate custard actually tastes chocolate…and the ingredient list proves it. Love it!

I believe the employees need additional training. I ordered a medium Rico Suave but was given something else that contained nuts, which I am allergic to. On top of that, I was charged for a medium but received a small. This is not the first time I’ve experienced an issue here, and I hope management addresses this promptly to ensure customer safety and better service in the future.

Decided to try them and use the B1G1 coupon they sent out to everyone’s mailbox.

Key lime concrete had a little key lime flavor in the first 3rd, the bottom 2/3 was nothing but their vanilla custard.
Coconut and pineapple concrete had more oreo in it than pineapple and the pineapple was only at the bottom.

I been trying so hard to find a place the takes care of people with tree nut allergy and they delivered with great service to the point i didn’t know the chocolate chips had coconut product of a sort helped me out so much it made me very happy they knew down to the point of ever allergy I would recommend 10/10 so good
