Mmm… strong with the flavor, this one is. A true delight, my Build-Your-Own Concrete Mixer was—crafted with the Force of frozen perfection and powered by Reese’s Pieces and Peanut Butter Cups. Rich, creamy custard mixed thoroughly, toppings well-balanced and generously portioned. Satisfied, my sweet tooth was.
Swift and friendly, the staff were—like Padawans of hospitality. No long wait, no disturbance in the dessert Force. Just smooth, efficient service and a cupful of galactic-level goodness.
Recommend this spot, I do, to all seekers of frozen bliss in the galaxy. For a peanut butter lover, this is the way.

First time at Andy’s after my son had urged me to try as a new local in Saint Louis.
Andy’s is a walk up location with a few bench seats on the front. Parking was no problem and the area clean. They had steady business the whole time we were there on a Saturday evening.
A large menu board with large variety of custard treats makes it easy to decide on an order before moving to the window.
I decided on a butter pecan. My wife got a concrete Oreo variety. Warning the small is good size. The large is shareable. The price point seems competitive to others.
The order cranked out in about 5 minutes. My wife really enjoyed hers. I liked mine, but was not as good imo as Ted Drew’s. Andy was much thicker, however great flavor. I prefer a smoother custard.
I would return and recommend.

Honestly far one of the worst experiences I had. First I had to asked them for my stuff several times and I had a lot of stuff and they couldn’t even offer a tray another thing they got my order wrong and I had to tell them and they also didn’t gave me everything I had to go back and ask them. Also the lady at the counter was on her phone on face time while I wouldn’t care that they’re on the phone but they weren’t doing a great job so it just shows how they shouldn’t. Also the latte was horrible wasn’t even full like they show on the picture and the whole things was the custard with ice on top couldn’t even drink it with the straw.

We have been here over twenty times this year, as well as to other locations. Normally it is a great experience. Tonight – not so much. Terrible customer service. Employees kept vanishing into the back, skipping items, forgetting entire orders. One female employee tonight closed the window directly in our face rather than listen to a problem with the order. Please do better.

I love Andy’s but the last 2 times that I got something from this location, they messed up my order. Since my husband got it to go for me, we weren’t able to get it corrected. But honestly for the price, it shouldn’t be wrong in the first place. I always get the same thing: chocolate custard with peanut butter sauce. It’s not even a confusing order. The first time they gave me peanut butter cup and the second time they me vallina custard. For a mom stuck at home with a newborn, it was extremely disappointing to receive the wrong item especially when I was looking forward to it so much. Probably gonna go to a different location from now on.

They have an extensive and complicated menu. One hundred thousand options and complicated names that the same employees don’t know. I asked for one of the options and the employee didn’t know what it was and offered me a simple Shake! There are only 4 flavors of ice cream. Disappointing. I’m sorry, bye.

I love Andy’s, so I was really disappointed in this location… it wasn’t very good. The texas locations are far superior. My ice cream at this Brentwood location was warm and my concrete was not even blended (I had to mix it myself). The girl at the window was super unpleasant. 4/10

Showed up at 11:12, the employees was arguing about who was going to take the order. Girl came and took our order, a quart and a stolen brownie sundae. She pushed the quart out the window quick, then came with the sundae and said here’s your peppermint brownie sundae and shoved it out the window. That’s not what I ordered, nobody wanted to be bothered it was made very clear.
Hella pissed, the customer service was crap and this is the 2nd time I’ve tried this location but won’t be back.

Great local treat. If you have never had custard before, it is like a richer soft serve (made with eggs). If you grew up around the Midwest/Wisconsin then you already know and love what it is. This chain is great, try the roasted pecans as a mix in, you will not be disappointed. This particular location is fast and friendly. Clean rest rooms.
