I have stopped here several times to pick up my favorite flavor of custard treat (Jitterbug). I have always been served quickly and the staff has always been friendly and professional. I strongly recommend this place for when you have a craving for ice cream / frozen custard.

Everyone in my family enjoyed what they got except for my mom and I. We got the strawberry shortcake sundae. The shortcake was more like a dry biscuit and, there wasn’t much frozen custard. The strawberry’s were good. I felt like 75% of the sundae was the shortcake/biscuit. We hardly ate the shortcake/biscuit part. I don’t recommend this sundae unless they change their shortcake recipe.

We struggled with which frozen custard shop to try during our short stay in St Louis, but glad we settled on Andy’s. The young lady that came to our car to take our order had no personality and bordered rude, but the young man at the window and the yummy custard made up for her.

The cones should be put back up for the drive thru. It causes so many problems with the cars and lines come from the parking lot. People are rude and then you have to wait in line even longer because nobody will let you go even though you were there before them. Gave a 3 star for this reason because this could be easily avoided. More of a conceivence/customer service issue I guess. Custard and the employees have never been a problem.

Way overpriced for what you get!! I went in to order two concretes and a kids small custard.. both concretes were just straight up vanilla custard barely given any attention or time whatsoever completely thrown together in a rush for $20 honestly probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with ice cream for the price and quality with this one we Will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone else
