The service is always good here. They’re pretty efficient, especially on nights when the drive thru line is out to the street. It’d be nice if there was a warming tent outside for the drive thru attendants during colder months though, they often look cold or shivering

This is my favorite place to get ice cream.. This is one of my favorite locations, as it’s very close to my house. The customer service is excellent, and I always try to use my rewards to accumulate points and get free products. SECOND REVIEW. I thought that I had wrote another review about my most recent visit, but I can’t find it. I can’t figure out how to add another review so I’m editing this review to reflect my most recent visit. I had to visit his location again because my favorite location was closed. There appeared to be a power outage in the area. My daughter insisted on going to this location, instead. I was against it, but she wanted to try the new treats. We both were furious how a young girl was taking orders in the rainy, and cold weather. She was not properly clothed to be outside. When my daughter spoke to the manager, it appeared that he took it as a joke, appearing slightly amused, with a smirk; while others inside giggled. I’m glad to see that another customer also commented on this abuse.
I do not like the location next to Lagrange Park, (nearest Cermak). There are two locations on Lagrange Road. This one is bad. Our strawberry shortcakes were made with a smaller serving of (1/2 scoop) of ice cream and a hard stale biscuit. Although he (the older gentleman, not the young boy) was pleasant, he knew that what he did was purposeful. I will never go back. Next time I’ll revisit my favorite location, near or in Countryside/Hodgkin.

I recently visited Andy’s Frozen Custard and ordered the James Brown Jackhammer, only to find there was no brownie in my treat. When I spoke to the manager, he rudely explained they only add three pieces and offered to add more “for free,” but all I received was extra fudge.
This experience is not isolated; I’ve been let down multiple times at this location. Due to the poor service and lack of attention to detail, I will not be returning.

There’s always long lines but it moves pretty fast.
It’s the first time I have had issues since my German chocolate concrete the brownie was kinda burn and I could feel the after taste.
But overall they always hit with others desserts.

2 stars because for some reason, this business puts a kid outside in below freezing weather to take orders. Id be fine waiting longer but do not really see a reason why someone would have to take orders in the freezing cold.

Tried their new flavor – dream peach and was good. There was a long line and waited for the rest of my order and by the time I got all, I was done with my ice cream. Would be better if they give the order all at the same time.

UPDATE: I want to update my review to reflect the prompt response from Andy’s management team and their quick resolution that addressed my concerns. Looking forward to supporting this business in the future.
My original concern was about mislabeled half-pints on two occasions (spread out over a year) and challenges finding an easy way to resolve it without resorting to a public Google review. Original post noted that the customer service and speed of this location has always been A+ in my experience–when AT the store. Also, the product is great!
