After coming from terrible service across the street at red lobster, my son really wanted dessert. The line was around the building which looking at, would seem like a nightmare. However the line went by so quickly. The girl taking orders outside was so friendly, took her time explaining differences to us. Overall just wonderful. When we got to the window, the guy working was just as cheerful and friendly. We got my son a super simple vanilla with sprinkles so can’t really mess it up, and my son was over the moon excited. Staff and everything were great.

Ice cream is good but their communication needs improvement. They claimed the walk up was open after we waited in the drive up line that was around the block. We went to the walk up and instead of being asked if we needed anything we were stared at by the employees inside for the 10 minutes we stood there without even opening the window. No signs on the windows or anywhere either stating they weren’t taking window orders- the drive thru person confirmed the walk up was open as well. I’d rather go to Culver’s where I am actually recognized as a human and spoken to. I recommend adding this to your continuous improvement list.

Fast friendly service with some of the best creamy custard. I got a hot fudge sundae with roasted pecans. My favorite in October is pumpkin pie concrete. I’ll leave it at YUMMY!

This particular location is AWESOME! Very well mannered employees! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My kids get whatever they want and enjoy their sweet treat! I get a strawberry sundae extra strawberries and it’s perfect, everytime. Have recommended this place to neighbors and relatives. Will be coming here with the kids often!
