I went for my remake per Aunia she had written notes and left it for the team. Sadly it was incorrect and as I asked if it had my extra waffle,butterscotch not hot fudge,cherries and nuts in it she said no those are extra. I said I’m here for a remake she’s like they are extra. I did pay almost three dollars for two ingredients but if it’s a remake should they have not done it the right way!?!?

We went shopping around this area and saw this store. We gave it a try. Their sundaes and concrete were really good, staffs were friendly and they also have drive thru lane. The store did not have indoor seats, but have outdoor seats for customers to enjoy their deserts outside.

(2/16/26) first time customer, custard was very good , service (kinda of pricey)was friendly and upbeat my only concern need outside table instead of the flat hard benches so older people with limitations can enjoy and outside experiences but I will be back

EVERYTHING IS SOOOO YUMMY HERE! THIS WAS MY 2ND TIME TRYING IN LESS THAN A WEEK! NEVER HAD FROZEN CUSTARD OF THIS MAGNITUDE EVER! I’M AMAZED AND BLOWN AWAY! ITS ADDICTIVE! Very slow location! Ordered a sundea and a concrete, Wait time from order to receiving the order, 26 minutes… Apart from the slowness, I repeated my order 3 times to the cashier and it was still put incorrect… after I received the receipt, i saw the order was put in incorrect, I let the cashier know the order was placed incorrectly and was as told “it’s ok, well make it correct”… when I got the order, no surprise it was incorrect. Secondly when the concrete was handed over, it was no longer solid, it was the consistency of a milk shake.

This locations clearly lacks management support or proper training as it’s a newer location.
