A great place to grab some Ice Cream! This is a chain ice cream parlor that’s known for their concrete mixers. There’s a drive-thru and a walk-up window here and it has a good vibe despite not having any indoor seating.
The service was quick and the Ice Cream is great! My mixer was chunky, flavorful, and had a great texture. Overall, would definitely recommend.

The custard is so creamy and delicious! Cool little place that also has a drive thru. The banana split was BOMB! I signed up for their rewards program in their app at my first visit.

I used to really like this place… until we watched our order melt on the counter for 5 minutes. When my husband pointed out how long it was sitting and asked for it to be remade, the little ginger/blonde boy behind the counter rolled his eyes, mixed it a little behind the partician, and handed it back… still melted. We won’t be back. $14 for 2 ice creams is a lot, and before, I gladly paid it because it is a damn tasty treat. But not if its half melted! The boy restocked and even took another order with our ice-cream was just sitting there. When given the opportunity to make it right, we got sass and a bad experience.
I leave this review because I hope the owner sees and talks to their team. I know these teenagers they have working do not know the value of a dollar. I will not make that mistake again. Im sure this sounds silly and like it doesn’t matter but I didn’t pay $14 for melted cream. It would have been really simple to make 2 more.

This was my first time here and it and it definitely will not be my last. I love custard and this is by far probably the best that I’ve had! So creamy and smooth, and so many options on flavors a⁹nd different ingredients to make it special. In the atmosphere with the neon lights. Reminds me of the old days. And the girl that helped me was quick and polite and friendly. Love to see that

Andy’s is hands down the best ice cream (custard) in Lakeland! They offer a huge variety of options, so there’s always something new to try. It’s a little on the expensive side, but the quality is high and definitely worth it. The staff is always friendly, which makes the experience even better.

Let me first say I love the style this place has. Looks great, very clean and would pull in any would be potential customer from the road.
The service however was so so.
Mostly operated by teenagers. That’s to be expected at an ice cream shop but it seems like they had very little training.
I watched multiple employees drop items on the floor they were working with and just pick them back up and use them again.
The two employees we spoke to had zero customer service skills. Hardly looked up at us and did not smile the entire time.
I’m normally not a stickler about these things but it was very noticeable here.
We also heard while our order was being prepared the manager verbally yell at all of the employees for not getting peoples order correct.
I’m all for correcting your employees if need be but not in a way where it publicly calls them out in front of the customers.
That being said I do believe the two orders I’m front of us had to be remade because they were wrong.
Our orders were fine with no issues.
Now for the simple part.
This custard was nothing great.
Very basic.
While the menu looks like it has a ton of options you will find out pretty quickly it’s mostly just chocolate and vanilla with a selection of toppings.
It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either.
Just average.
While I love the look and feel of this place there is nothing i experienced that would cause me to want to visit again.
Sub par service and management.
So so custard with a cool building.

Great variety, and high quality selection of desserts . Such a fun place to take the family, or a date. Everyone ordered something different, and everything was delicious Shakes, malts, scoops, etc.. wonderful variety of toppings to compliment the creamy confections. Highly recommend Andy’s Frozen Custard!

This is my second time being here & I love it!!!!! I love the 1950s styled garage feel & don’t even get me started on their custard sundays I think they’re called. I got a Funky Brownie Jackhammer the last time & tonight I got a triple chocolate concrete it is so good!!!!!! I really wish you all had more locations but that’s just me great ice cream in my opinion!!!!!
