We had such a great experience at Andy’s Frozen Custard. The service was amazing. The person taking our order was so patient and kind, which meant a lot to me since English is my second language. I never felt rushed and felt very comfortable ordering with him. The custard was so good and incredibly creamy. Best of all, my four kids loved it. They already asking to come back. Great service, great treats, and amazing employees. We will definitely be back.

The location itself is super fun. It has this cool 70’s vibe, kind of like a Sonic drive-in but dedicated to custard. Decorative, retro, and designed to make grabbing dessert feel like an experience, not just a stop. It’s a neat spot to pull up with friends or family, and it gives that nostalgic diner energy.
Service-wise, it was just okay during my visit. The girl at the counter seemed pretty new and a little unsure of herself—she made a few mistakes and the interaction felt awkward. Nothing terrible, just not as smooth as it could’ve been.
As for the custard, the flavor is absolutely there. It’s rich, smooth, and sweet in the right ways, just not as thick and dense as I hoped for. I’ve had a lot of different custards, so I feel like I’ve got a good sense of the differences, and this style definitely leans lighter and creamier rather than heavy and decadent. I went with the Rico Suave, which was honestly delicious—the combo works really well. My only critique is the amount of chocolate that gets “jackhammered” into the center. It was just a little too much for me, and I think it overpowered the balance of the dessert.
To be honest, this is the perfectt spot to get a real good generic ice cream sundae or banana split. Classic, but it hits the spot.

The service, custard and attention to detail is fantastic. In a world where robots do most ordering, Andy’s places an actual human next to the order screen to help take your order and interact. 5 out of 5 stars! While I recognize this is a chain and most people who work there are in high school, the Manager (Katie) does an incredible job training and leading the team but most importantly makes this location feel like small town ice cream shop where everyone knows everyone. Loved my experience on 1/27/2026 at 3:56pm. Excellent all around. I’ll be back to get the Boot Daddy and Cookie Butter!!

I went to Andy’s Frozen Custard with my cousin, excited to cool off on a hot Florida day. We ordered the fudge brownie ice cream expecting something rich and satisfying, but all we got was plain vanilla ice cream with some brownie chunks and fudge tossed on top. Not what we had in mind—definitely didn’t feel like a proper fudge brownie ice cream.
The pictures make it seem like if you order a hot fudge brownie, it’s going to be nicely mixed, rich, and visually appealing. Instead, it came all separated like random toppings thrown together. Honestly, I could’ve made this at home for way less. Wasted my $$.
To make things worse, there was no indoor seating. I was hoping to sit down and enjoy my treat in the AC, but we were forced to stand outside in the blazing heat. Yes, there was a fan, but let’s be honest—Florida summer laughs at fans. I had to rush through my dessert just to get back to some air conditioning, which totally ruined the experience.
Honestly, the whole visit felt more like a chore than a treat. Won’t be coming back to this spot.

Wasn’t expecting to find a new frozen custard place when I was just driving down the road, but Andy’s was a great surprise! Drive through line was long so I just went to the window to order their Jack Hammer with peanut butter cups and a caramel center. The warm caramel was a nice touch to the cool custard and it really just hit the spot. Super quick and friendly service too!

All of the staff is so friendly! The custard is so creamy! Sometimes when you eat custard, it leaves a greasy film in your mouth because of the high milk fat content… Andy’s does not! I definitely appreciate that!

First time trying and I’ll pass next time. Ordered a root-beer float with the cup filled half way with foam from the soda. was okay but should really consider letting it go down before serving. 6 dollars for what?
My partner’s OREO milkshake tasted like milk with a very liquid consistency. One word he picks is- soupy. No good on a hot day. Front desk guy was great! Rather not waste the money.
