If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went through the drive thru this evening with 1 person and we both ordered saying IMMEDIATELY we both have a nut allergy. The guy in the drive thru repeats our order and confirms the allergy, we agree. We pull up to the window to pay and I feel like I ordered the most simple thing- I ordered 2 vanilla scoops of ice cream in a cup with rainbow sprinkles. He told me I couldn’t have the sprinkles on top or mixed in with my ice cream, which I immediately thought was odd and I knew it was wrong because I’ve gone to other Andy locations and they do it without an issue. I replied okay and accepted my ice cream cup but then I add to ask for my sprinkles because they were forgotten… I get the cup of rainbow sprinkles and I seen waffles and m&ms mixed into my sprinkles.. they were cross contaminated and I let him know so he gets me a fresh cup. The fresh cup looks like it has a walnut and a broken m&m in it. At this point I didn’t even eat anything yet and I don’t feel safe eating anything within my order so I called back to the franchise since I have drive off down the street. I was offered for it to be remade but that trust is already gone and I want a refund. I paid with a card and I was told they couldn’t refund anything without me and my card present smh… I’m leaving this review because my health was put at risk and it isn’t being taken seriously. I’m not sure if it was this employees first day or not but regardless of it if a customer says they have an allergy he should’ve asked what he should do from a manager or get someone else to fulfill my order because these mistakes can cost someone their life. I’m even more irritated and frustrated that it happened TWICE of the cross contamination

The custard here is smooooooth! If you’ve never had custard (not ice cream), this place is a must try! The drive thru is a little confusing – the order window is around the building, after the menu.

Great so far, it’s new and employees are still getting the swing of it. Who would have guessed we would have ordered frozen custard in Dec.? We had the Snow Monster and we thought it was really good. We bought gift certificates for our kid stockings. We will be back and try more of the menu!

Very tasty! The lady who took our order was very nice and helpful. She helped us pick something when I was undecided. I got the key lime pie concrete and it was absolutely delicious. The small was big enough for my husband and I to split. Will definitely go back!

Very good ice cream! My daughter has tree nut allergies and when we mentioned it to them, they made sure they sanitized everything and cleaned out the machine they used to make her oreo ice cream

It didn’t take to long to get through the drive thru. I liked that an employee was on foot taking orders. The custard was delicious. No complaints.
