It’s been compared to “Cheers”— and for good reason. George is the knowledgeable, friendly owner that knows and respects his loyal customers. While the space isn’t the biggest, it certainly feels intimate. The lack of TVs also helps with conversation, as many are struck up between friends and strangers over a pint or 3.

Was on our way to another bar, “late” last night (not even Midnight) after having been turned aside by the Marriott but then drove by Andy’s Corner and immediately pulled a U-ey.
This place is a gem. The bartender is swell and the vibe is laid-back friendly.
You might think “Dive Bar” (in the best possible way) when walking up to the front door, but what you get when you open the door is a Classy Establishment.
To the backyard party-goers of Bergen County— leave your block, for the love of Mike, and patronize this place. It’s in your neighborhood, after all!!

Ownership is top of the class, makes you feel like you belong and very warm atmosphere. Didn’t try the food that’s why no rating. Beer selection is good and she’s always rotating different crafts.

I love this place. It has a relaxed atmosphere, about 10 delicious, imported beers on tap that change on a regular basis, and about 5 times as many in bottles. The music is rarely too loud. This is a no-frills place for good beer and a conversation.
