I don’t usually leave reviews but this was the most flavorless food I’ve had and the Mac and cheese on top of that they gave me 2 pieces of chicken… the greens was even bad rice all that horrible

Update: The nerve of the respond is diabolical for that nasty food! And I barely leave reviews. My last review was a while ago! DO NOT EAT HERE… Absolutely disgusting and the attitude… unacceptable. Do better.

Went here for the first time today after leaving the nail salon next door . I always saw a crowd and figured it must be good and it absolutely is. I got the brown stew chicken, rice and peas, cabbage, and Mac and cheese. also a beef/cheese patty, a cookie butter cheesecake, and fruit punch .
Everything is soo delicious. The flavors in everything is perfect . I will definitely be back

Thank God I came here during the lunch special. I would’ve been very highly upset if I paid full price for this plate of food I ordered jerk, chicken, rice, and peas collard greens as a lunch special the portion is just fine. It’s the flavor that’s lacking the rice has no salt. The jerk chicken is supposed to at least be spicy. This chicken is not even a little bit spicy. what kind of Jamaicans don’t know how to make jerk chicken it’s already not barbecued. It’s oven baked and that’s fine. The jerk has to be jerking and this is totally the opposite.

I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. I visited this location a few times, and didn’t have any complaints never the best but good enough to come back. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. I should have known once I peeped the 75 health score

I walked into the restaurant at 12:55 p.m., hoping to receive the lunch special. There were a couple of people ahead of me, and I ended up being checked out at 1:02 p.m. I asked if they could still honor the lunch price since I had arrived and placed my order before 1:00, but I was told no because the special ended at 1:00 p.m. It was frustrating, especially since there was only one employee handling orders and checkout until someone came from the back to help. I assume the system automatically removes the lunch special after 1:00 p.m., but it still felt unfair given the timing.

My total came to $20 for a small jerk chicken and a beef patty. I have never had Jamaican food that was so dry and bland. Even with the jerk sauce, the chicken was dry and lacked flavor. The rice was hard and dry, and the cabbage tasted watery and unseasoned. I ate a few bites and threw the rest away, which I never do because I prefer to finish what I pay for. However, the food simply wasn’t edible.

This will likely be my last time eating here, which is disappointing because it’s the closest Jamaican restaurant to me.

UPDATE: Based on your response I absolutely will never come back. I never went back and re ordered anything so before you accuse a customer of anything please make sure YOU get your facts straight. I’m pretty sure I know exactly what I ordered, how much I paid and how many people were in front of me. And your score is very much posted on the wall. You all need a food seasoning class and definitely customer service. Your responses to each of your negative reviews shows why so many are unpleased. Instead of blaming customers take heed to what we are saying and improve. Be blessed

Stopped in for quick bite after a long day. Was greeted by the lovely Yas. Service was first-class. Was even able to sample a few items to help make my choices. Restaurant was VERY clean and decor was nice. The food was top-tier, flavorful and not too rich. My only gripe was the macaroni had been sitting too long and got hard. Other than that, South Fulton may have a new Caribbean staple in the neighborhood.

So I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while for whatever reason maybe I saw a post on IG and today I got a jerk pork plate with cabbage and greens. as I’m eating the food, I noticed that jerk sauce was not added to my plate so I had to go back in and get jerk sauce. The jerk pork was extremely bland and as I’m eating the cabbage, I see there was paper or cardboard or something. I took the entire plate back in and the young lady was like “oh it’s just paper or cardboard. It’s not like dirt or anything” I didn’t replied “ I don’t care what it is?I don’t want it in my food”She did not apologize and seem to be hesitant to offer me another plate which in my opinion was the only solution because I just assumed that they were not gonna give me a refund. With somewhat of a stiff attitude, she remade my plate and I just got veggies because the pork was flavorless. Needless to say I would never go back again so don’t waste your time or money because my plate was $21.

Nice setup. The food wasn’t good. I don’t like my food seasoned heavy but this food isn’t seasoned at all. I had curry chicken and it was bland and chewy. The best thing I ate was the plantain and cheesecake. The server wasn’t friendly. I was warned that the food wasn’t good but I wanted to try it for myself. Also they sell their festival 3 for almost $5 instead of allowing you to buy just one.

Havent eaten here almost order but the reviews really turned me off, I just wanted to share that I love good carribean food. I always check reviews before deciding on a new spot. After reading your reviews and seeing all the negatives about the taste and customer service I have to pass. This also has me wondering how many other potential customers read these and turn away as well. If it were just 1 or 2 reviews saying the same thing it’d be different but there’s a lot of bad reviews about your service and food and they’re at the very top so there’s no missing them. Hopefully you guys make the appropriate changes.

First of all customer service was incredible! Top tier. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming to us! The food was absolutely delicious (curry chicken, white rice, plantains, cabbage) and they give you SO much for a reasonable price. Only downside was the amount of bones in the curry chicken/gravy. We had to be very careful chewing because there were tiny hidden bones in the chicken/gravy. We will definitely return and try some other menu items as well!
