I was going to rate them 5 until I got their mixed greens salad for $14.25. it was loaded with lettuce, 3 cherry tomatoes, 3 cucumber slices, a small bit of both mozzarella and avocado. Totally not worth it.

Convenient stop for variety of American food options with lot of parking and outdoor seating. Indoor seating area is spacious and neatly maintained. The sports theme Tshirts on the wall were interesting. Just wanted snack and ordered spicy fries but disappointing taste and quality. The fries were not fresh and got slightly burnt. Should have tried different items than fries.

This place what dreams are made of. I got the Italian sub with hots, pickles, onions, tomato’s and mayo with oil and vinegar. Absolutely excellent! If everyone had this sub it would eliminate all the hate in the world. When the UFO’s come to visit, we should serve them these delicious subs. Worth every inch and penny.

Been in this restaurant a dozen or so times for a quick lunch and it hits the spot pretty regularly. Had a pretty poor experience with one of these lunches with a pretty questionable calzone. I came right to google with a terrible review to write and did just that…This is my revised version in trying to hold up my end of the bargain after some deep conversation with the owner himself. He reached out and made things right with us right away.
At the end of the day noone is perfect. One bad meal shouldn’t bring anyone to slander a small business that’s doing their best to make an honest living and pump out tasty eats daily.
If you happen to stumble into this family-owned business and it doesn’t meet your standards take a second to ask yourself if you could run an absolutely POPPING pizza joint in the suburbs of Boston.
Food is a 10/10 most days. I happened to catch the short end of the stick with a 2/10 ONE day. If nothing else can get you in the door, let it be supporting the gentleman that owns the joint. Great guy.

Ok, “WE” eat takeout every day at lunchtime. I work construction in a 5-man crew. Lunch “IS” the best part of our workday. We work in Andover a lot, and 2 of us are from town. Andover Deli is the only place we will eat when we’re working in town, period! Overall, the food is awesome. I’m not going to get into everything we get or what they serve. Look at their menu. We usually get subs & dinners. As sub shops (& pizza) go, Andover Deli is up at the top of the heap. Remember covid? It seems to have hurt restaurants as badly as it did people. Many of the places that came back to life (or tried to) suddenly were just horrid. Andover Deli survived and still puts out an excellent product like they always have. It’s not unusual for our crew to get lunch at the Deli, as we call it, 15-20 times a month. We love the place. Just a damn good lunch for a fair price (by today’s standards). There are at least 4 other places within reach that we could eat. Nope, going to the Deli! It’s rarely the closest place, just the best. I’ll end with this. If you’re one of those crazy, picky, fussy, foodie people, GO EAT AT HOME. If you want some good tasty, ample-sized, fresh, hot (or cold) food, that will fill you up and make you wish you didn’t have to go back to work, go eat at the Deli !

The greek salad with steak tips is GREAT. not good… great. i’ll tell you the reason why. the steak isn’t fatty, it’s not chewy, it’s not tough, and it doesn’t have a bunch of weird tendons you need to spit out. it’s a good quality cut of tender meat grilled perfectly. the portion size is big, you get plenty steak for what you pay. that brings me to the price point of $12.84. in the aftermath of covid, i’m seeing huge mark ups and inflation everywhere food wise which isn’t good news for us customers. $12.84 is now a really good price for a steak tip salad as many places are at least in the $14 range or higher. so you’re getting value, quality, and quantity. the feta they use isn’t the dried out, crumbly cheap stuff you’ll find at half the pizza shops, it’s actual real feta. the tomatoes tasted like they were picked from the garden today. plenty of good olives, cucumbers, carrots, peppers. onions do not come with it for some reason. you have to ask for them so don’t forget to do that. onions and red meat go together like butter on popcorn. i’m a fan of the style of pita they use too. it was fresh, and it’s the thin kind, not the carby doughy pita you’ll find at many places. many people who order salads are looking to avoid going heavy on the carbs(like me) so that style of pita works perfectly. overall, if you’re looking for a steak tip salad, this is a good spot to go to. oh yea, i’m so food orientated, i forgot to mention the customer service, but everyone who works there is really friendly. plenty of tables to eat at. nice setting.
