Dining at Andina in Portland is an outstanding experience from start to finish. The restaurant offers a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly complements its modern Peruvian cuisine. From the moment you walk in, the energy, décor, and warm service set the tone for a memorable meal.

The food is the true highlight. Each dish is beautifully presented and packed with bold, well-balanced flavors that showcase Peruvian ingredients and techniques. From fresh ceviches to perfectly cooked entrées, everything tastes thoughtfully prepared and unique. The menu offers a great variety, making it easy to try something new while still finding familiar comforts.

Overall, Andina delivers a fantastic dining experience with exceptional food, excellent service, and a lively atmosphere. It’s a must-visit restaurant in Portland and a place that truly stands out for special occasions or a memorable night out.

Dined at Andina for the first time last week and had a great experience. The food was great. We had a variety of small plates : empanadas de carne, whipped peruano beans, Peruvian scalloped potatoes, Pork Ribs & Anticucho de Corazon. While all the plates were great they didn’t stand out for me, considering the pricing & small portions on the of the plates. Our favorites were the Scalloped Potatoes & Pork Ribs. Our drinks on the other hand were delicious and I will be thinking about the Sacsayhuaman for a long time. Perfect mix of spicy & fruity. Service was perfect! Overall, I enjoyed but felt like the price was higher than what I got.

Amazing and tasty food. The service was quick and kind. Good portions for entrees and good appetizers to share. Didn’t have time to enjoy desserts. Will definitely repeat.

This was our first time eating here. We came for brunch and made the right decision picking Andina. From stepping in the front door the decor and ambiance was warm and inviting.
My boyfriend had never had Peruvian food before, he is from Arizona, so he didn’t know what to expect. We were greeted and sat right away at a booth by the windows is very nice and very comfortable. Looking at the menu we wanted to order more than we could eat and had a hard time deciding what we wanted more than others. To start with, the Peruvian coffee was full bodied and absolutely delicious! We chose Smoked Salmon Mash , Empanadas, Kiwicha Pancakes w/bacon and ended with the Pastelitos Peruanos. The plating was beautiful. I tried to get pictures before my boyfriend dive in but that didn’t happen. The hash and empanadas were an explosion of flavor, perfectly cooked, and you just savor the flavor with every bite. The pancakes, the syrup was incredible and balanced out with the blue berries. The pastry plate was sooo good with the coffee and the cream and lemon curd were tasty and lots of flavor. We also had a special, I do not remember the name of the dish. I did add photos, it was One of my faves. The wait staff were very attentive, efficient, knowledgeable of the dishes and very friendly. We ended up talking some home with us but we’re not sorry about ordering too much. This is definitely the place to go for a wonderful brunch! You can’t go wrong here. Great experience from entry to exit! Next time is the Dinner experience. Definitely marking Andinas as a place to experience over and over again. Thank you,

Been here twice, the menu changed a lot since our last visit but we love the new dishes as much as the old ones. Seasoning is on the saltier side in general but everything is packed with flavor. Scallop ceviche is my new favorite. My only complaint is the flan has a dense texture which is not what I expected, but still a good dessert.

Parking is challenging, be prepared to park several blocks away.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! What anni credible place. It’s beautiful inside, the staff is really top notch, the food was stellar. We had the Steamed Pacofic Salmon and the Spring Quinotto dishes.
I had a drink called the SacsayHuamân, that if I’d had more time I would have had a second of (or third!). Cannot recommend Andina enough!

I recently had dinner at Andina, and while I’m a pretty picky eater, I have to admit the experience was impressive overall. The atmosphere is warm and lively without being overwhelming, and the staff is genuinely attentive. I appreciated that they were patient with my many questions about ingredients and preparation. The food itself was mostly excellent, even for someone as selective as I am. I tried the ceviche and, despite usually being hesitant about raw fish, I found it surprisingly bright and well balanced though a bit more citrus than I prefer. The octopus dish was beautifully presented and cooked well, but the smoky seasoning was slightly stronger than I’d like. Still, the quality was obvious. Drinks were crafted with care, and I enjoyed the cocktail I ordered, though it leaned sweeter than expected. Portion sizes were fair, but a couple of plates felt a tad pricey for what you get. Overall, Andina delivers bold flavors, creative presentation, and excellent service. While some dishes were a little outside my comfort zone, I can see why people love this place. For a picky eater, giving four stars is saying a lot and I’d go back, cautiously but willingly.

09/27/25 I don’t like coming downtown, but this place was a good choice for brunch. The service was good, and my Peruvian breakfast was delicious. It’s best to get here early before opening so you have parking and then just walk around the block.

Our server Rex was fantastic and the atmosphere was perfect… lots of Peruvian inspired decor. However, our portion of anticucho de corazon was extremely small (2 small skewers), and the yucca and picarones was not authentic. On the bright side, my tallerines green spaghetti and pork dish was delicious.
