I guess they had a bad startup.
Legit pizza oven, black leopard spots on white crust. Perfect.
Theres over a dozen fusion pizzas, so it could be hit or miss, this is my first time here. The Indiano is awesome. Really tastes like a middle point between a pizza and butter chicken, not just one slapped on the other. The ingredients were all quality and cooked to perfection (thin sliced chicken breast wasn’t dry!!) So I doubt there’s a bad pizza on the menu.
Its very bare-bones, counter service. Community tables outside, but nothing inside. Very clean and presentable.
15 minute minimum wait, as the pizzas are made fresh and its a classic pizza oven, not a huge conveyor oven. Worth the wait if you can!
UPDATE – Jan 2026:
We ordered pepperoni pizza with very little pepperoni and hardly any cheese. Unfortunately this place continues to be a hit and miss.
Happy to report that just a week later it seems like things are running smoothly. Order was ready on time (a little early, actually), and the pizzas were tasty! The dough is a little unique, almost naan like. Employees were attentive and kind.
From what I’ve read this place will be counter serve for a while, but at some point this fall it will open for dine-in.
Ordered in person and paid for 14″ pie. Even tipped (although I picked up, why should anyone tip for a pickup?).
I did the math, for the prices they charge the 14″ pie is the best value for money. That’s why I ordered it. Except this isn’t 14″. It’s 12″. Measured from a different angle it’s 12.5″ at best.
Why am I paying for a large and getting a medium?
This is not a petty insignificant difference. The area difference between a 12″ and 14″ circle is 40 square inches. That’s the equivalent of an almost 8″ pizza that they’re not giving you by making the dough smaller. Do the math, pi*7^2-pi*6^2=40 (approx). That’s nearly the area of an 8″ personal pizza.
I paid $27 for a 12″ pie. In Philly this would be half the price and double the quality. At least provide what’s ordered.
Why am I paying almost $30 for what would be a medium pie at best in any other state.
I live in the area. I ordered the best value I could get so I could survive another day or so because there’s no food down here in the South waterfront.
Please don’t overcharge for an undersized pizza. That’s just robbery.
Went in later to complain and they spoke a foreign language to each other so I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Look bro I have the measurements. Service quality downgraded.
If you’re overcharging for pizza to begin with at least make it the right size. It’s that simple.
Maybe there’s some shrinkage when it cooks? I don’t know, I’m not a pizza restaurant. You are. If there’s shrinkage you can figure that out. Don’t overcharge and underrepresent.
If I’m paying for a 14″ pie I should get a 14″ pie.
I went back to try it now that they’ve been up running for about two months. I ordered a half-and-half. One side was supposed to be Alfredo and the other side was supposed to Bambino. They made it half Alfred and half cheese.
Then there comes the quality of the pizza. If anything, the quality of the pizza has gone down since the first time I visited. The dough was not properly cooked and is clearly not fresh. All of the toppings are incredibly bland, including the sauce, cheese, and reheated chicken.
The cheese particularly bad it has no flavor.
On top of that, this pizza is way overpriced. You can get a larger higher quality better tasting pizza from Domino’s than from this place.
I will never go back.

I was very excited for a pizza place to open back up in South Waterfront and when Andiamo opened I was hoping for the best.
I ordered online and was really confused by the menu and concept. Seems like they are trying to be a fusion pizzeria. The fusions is Italian, Indian, Pakistani, and middle eastern. Odd concept, but thought it could work.
IT DOES NOT WORK. I got the Indiano pizza and it left a lot to be desired. 1. The sauce was way too sweet 2. The chicken was dry 3. The pizza dough was not great and under cooked.
I really think you guys should simplify and go with more classic options. You need to get the basics right and improve your crust and sauce. I’d ditch the fusion attempt, it’s too complicated and not great.
Also $18 for a small 10” pizza is pretty high given the quality issues.
The restaurant itself has no ambiance.
I really wanted to like this place, but probably will not go back unless they simplify their menu and get the basics right on making a pizza.
