We’ve wanted to try this since they opened. I loved the atmosphere. The salad was fresh, and the bread sticks were awesome. My husband ordered the flat iron steak. While it was originally undercooked slightly, they fixed it and took some off the bill (which was unncessary). I ordered the pasta and marinara and asked to add chicken. The texture of the pasta was awesome; the noodles had a bit of a different feel than what I’m used to. The sauce was a bit harsh on my stomach with the spices (tasted like lots of crushed red pepper). I am going to try the Alfredo sauce next time. It’s definitely worth another try.

This place exceeded our expectations. Went in to check it out, not really expecting a whole lot. The decor remains the same as the prior establishment, which is modern & clean, if not much else – definitely not elegant. However, the menu bespoke a much more elegant cuisine. Initially, they served our table with courtesy bread & olive oil dipping sauce – oil tasted of ripe fruity olives, with a proper amount of herbs & garlic mixed in – not a cheap, mass produced evoo, for sure. Service was good throughout. The food was definitely top-notched, with very rich and flavorful and fresh ingredients. Simply put, everything was delicious.

The menu for this restaurant is too limited. Additionally, what we did order was not flavorful at all! I had the marinara (received a $2 meatball I did not order, and did not eat-yes, the meatball is extra) and it tasted like spaghettios! I could see the grease shining in the sauce. My mother ordered the chicken and she said she couldn’t taste any garlic or really anything flavorful at all. The bruschetta bread they brought out was warm, but not hot (they had just opened for the evening!!), and to top it off, we both became ill after eating there. For the price, this restaurant is woefully subpar. There wasn’t even salt/pepper/crushed red pepper on the table available for use. The location is so convenient compared to most restaurants in town, so it’s such a shame that this was not a good experience. Unfortunately, we will definitely not be returning. 🙁

Absolutely great experience. I had the Caprese salad and the Lobster Ravioli Fra Diavolo. Both were amazing dishes! The service was excellent and so was the conversation I shared with the owners. I’m happy to see a new Italian restaurant open in Morgantown in such a convenient location. Looking forward to stopping by again next time I’m in town!
