Usually really good, our order is always right, but sometimes it’s a group of young kids working that don’t really seem to care about whether you get your food/ice cream at a decent time or not. They tend to care more about being on their phones and listening to music/joking with each other than customer service but that seems to be pretty typical these days. Otherwise it’s been good

I love Anderson’s. The cashiers/staff at this location have to be fired. How do three employees all mess up 100% of an order and customer service month after month? Well it’s because they don’t care and therefore shouldn’t work there, and probably don’t even eat the food because how do you not know to ask the customer what they want on their roast beef sandwich. It’s not exactly hard to know to do that. Was wondering why this location was empty at dinner time when I went in.

Ice cream is great but, employees are pretty rude. Had one roll her eyes at us when we came in. The same employee then slammed our milkshakes down and had no response when we said “thank you”. My husband and I laughed it off but considered taking our tip back lol.

The ice cream was fantastic BUT,
I had the feeling the staff doesn’t know that. Ordering and asking questions was met with an attitude of indifference. They have a great product. Sadly the staff does not know how to sell it with a smile and a positive conviction.

I love their roast beef sandwich with sweet potato fries it always comes hot and fresh keep up the great work guys. Their ice cream is delicious. They make their own custard in house and you can taste the difference it is delicious! Anderson’s is a great place to stop for a good time and an excellent meal that won’t break the bank. The interior is vey nice and clean and the retro theme is great.

The line for food was fast and efficient, and the food came even faster than I expected. Eating the roast beef on weck brought back many wonderful childhood memories. The custard was just as creamy and delicious as I thought it would be. If you’re in the area, I will always recommend stopping there.

The icecream was delicious, as always!! But the young people working there give the business bad branding. I walked in with my husband about 15 minutes to closing, which is understandably annoying, but not a single employee said anything. They genuinely stared us down, for an uncomfortable amount of time u til we reached the register. It was just a very unwelcoming experience and did not sit well with me for coming this late again. All I wanted to do was fulfill a pregnancy craving. I wouldn’t recommend this location unfortunately :/
