I am 44 years old and this is the first review I have ever left on a restaurant, I never send food back, or complain – so yes, it was that bad. I’ve had a lot of issues at this place, but food on the kid’s menu actually isn’t bad and my kids like to play the video games…so we occasionally go there. Never again.
The service is always terrible, that’s just something you learn to deal with. You will always wait a very long time to be greeted and sat. They are always short staffed, always.
I have had some of the worst meals in my life at this restaurant. Literally inedible. I’ve gotten the fish/chips before that were like two pieces of greasy rubber, I had to send them back.
Tonight I got a sirloin steak, loaded baked potato, and steamed broccoli. Completely inedible. The steak was all gristle, the potato was flavorless, and no exaggeration, the broccoli was ALL stems…just a heap of cubed stems (and these are their “premium sides”).
This place is absolutely awful. Do not waste your time or your money.

Before I end off my valentines wknd I just had to say how amazing the tap was tonight from the atmosphere, to the food, & best of all the service. The burgers are ! & the best part when you have kids they can play arcade games while we waited barely 20 mins for the food! I really dreaded bringing the fam out to eat this evening especially knowing how hectic the restaurant industry can be on a holiday weekend but this place killed it! I highly recommend ally she is amazing! Great job Anderson tap we will be back again

First time here and what a great summer night to sit outside and listen to the band and eat some good food! I got the Cincy Cheesesteak and the beer cheese really gave it a nice kick. The tots were a tad on the cold side but nothing worth sending them back over! Eating hack #101 I took the sandwich cut in half and scooped out one side into the other. Helped me save room for the tots.
Mrs got the fish n chips blackened and grilled, tots with cheese hot sauce and ranch along with a side house salad.
We’re going to be back trying something else next time!

Got some appetizers and drinks while enjoying some amazing music. The manager Matt is an absolute ace when it comes to team management. As a former restaurant employee i heard a bartender break a bottle and watched as the whole crew was a like “it happens” 30 seconds later out of know where Matt has a broom and dust pan ready to go. Problem solved. Later I watched as he greeted frwshley say patrons, took their drink orders and then on the way to the bar load his arms up with what appeared to be a dozen or so glasses. On the way to the bar he by name called a server to help unload his hands. I asked our server later on how she liked working for Matt. Unsurprising to me she LOVES him.
This is an amazing team of folks and I would be happy to go back again with one exception that has nothing to do with this crew.
The men’s room was backing up and there was a quarter inch of standing water in room…. unacceptable by a lot of folks standards. I heard a rumor that the owners aware but unconcerned. I’m calling you to the carpet owner. This crew deserves to not have to grab mops mid shift to get the mess up. Take care of those that take care of you

Was there 2/7/26 for dinner and the band and must say the food was terrible. Had a flavorless tough steak, over microwaved asparagus that turned to mush and a funnel cake that was over fried into a brick. Do yourself a favor and don’t order an entree. Didn’t complain or say anything to our server because she was totally overwhelmed with the crowd but the kitchen staff needs some serious lessons on food prep.

I’ve seen mixed reviews – we however, had a positive experience! I had the Joey Burrow burger and it was soooooo juicy and flavorful. The jalapeño relish was perfect and those fries were hot and crispy! The beer cheese actually tasted like beer and we enjoyed that with our pretzel bites. We got seated right away our waitress was nice and it didn’t take long for our food.
