Maybe we went on an off day? Maybe I’m spoiled by the amazing food in Colorado. But this wasn’t it. I’m willing to give it one last shot but the first try was not good. Edible? Sure! Enjoyable? No. The chile rellenos and enchiladas were cover in the same red sauce but it was literally just tomato sauce. No seasonings. Nada. I ordered an horchata and that was an experience on its own. It’s smelled like cinnamon. Milky like horchata. But the flavor?? Water. Reluctantly, I’d give it another shot but it was not good.

Nothing fancy, just great food. My wife and I just ate there this evening while we were traveling though Wyoming. The food was just good traditional Mexican food…. Seasoning was so good. Mole on my enchiladas was very good but not overpowering of the chicken and seasoning. Will return again for sure next time I’m in Laramie.

There’s not enough words of how amazing this place is. The staff is professional, friendly and fast. The food here is off the charts! Meat melts in your mouth with an immense amount of unforgettable flavor. Highly recommended, I promise you wont be disappointed.

Fantastic! We ordered a chicken burrito and oh my goodness it was amazing. I can’t begin to tell you how perfect the chicken was cooked. Tender, moist delish!

The restaurant was not that good and their food was not the best tasting either. The food was lacking deep flavor and depth. The biggest issue is the staff was unprofessional to my friend who was tall and not Hispanic
Staff: 1/5 (non personal attention to each customer and some ordered items came out after orders behind us)

Health: 4/5 (they do have a few healthy options for sure and vegetarian and vegan ones too)

Great authentic Mexican food. Friendly staff. They need more seating it is always so full. I guess that is a great problem to have, it shows how well the community loves this place. It could also use some air conditioning since so many people in restaurant.

When I came inside the store, the store was close to empty with one customer. I come inside and no one had greeted me. I thought to myself, ^It’s fine, no big dealokay? I go to the cashier. THE CASHIER WALKED AWAY, while he saw that i came in!!! . one of the other worker had to call him to take my order. But he didn’t come, until thankfully. One of the cook noticed me. And took my order. Then after she did. The cashier came back for me to pay, and at this point i wanted to leave because of the terrible service, but it was whatever. I was starving, and while i was about to pay, with cash He gave me attitude!! And muttered under his breath with annoyance saying “uhhh okay…” as he switched back to use the cash payment instead of card. He seems annoyed that I took him off his time walking around back the store for whatever reason Just to get my order. The food came out. And at first it looked full and might be filling. That was until I turned over the meat and chicken. They were paper thin!!! Delicious. But not too much

So it’s 2° outside, and for a Texan, that means it’s Mexican food time. But I’m in Wyoming, and I don’t do Mexican north of Amarillo.
After some research, Andale Rapido seemed a good luch spot, so i took the risk. It’s more toward fast food than a regular restaurant with counter service and atmosphere, but no matter.
I ordered the nachos with seasoned beef. The chips were fresh and crispy, and they were not skimpy with the ingredients. The beef was drained well so there was no pool of grease. The flavors were abundant I enjoyed it very much.
The fact that they had Cholula on the table when I sat down was a welcome plus.
Setting there eating made me feel close to home, but then I went back outside and was instantly hit in the face with the fact I was still in Wyoming.
I would put this down as a great lunch stop.

The green pork chili is made with weird slices of beef. Flavorless. We had to give our order three times as the woman in the window forgot it after one minute. EXPENSIVE for what you receive. Done with this place.
